It’s way deeper than rap for Sexyy Red in 2024. The hip-hop star has officially taken her talent to the cosmetics world with her very own Sexyy Gloss Kit rollout.

Sexyy Red’s cosmetic takeover is officially happening

From using the highest quality ingredients to delivering a variety of colors, it’s all about what Sexyy has on deck with her new rollout in the form of the Northside Princess brand.

After conquering the rap game with her uncompromising bangers, Sexyy Red enters the next phase of her career, announcing the launch of her new cosmetics and lifestyle brand, Northside Princess. A juxtaposing blend of grit and glamour and a reflection of the star artist's singular sensibility and immaculate style, Northside Princess encourages everyone to embrace their multifaceted lives and move through the world as their Sexyy-est selves — no permission needed. Northside Princess was founded by Sexyy Red, in partnership with Club Kuma.

To launch her brand on the right foot, Sexyy announces the limited edition "Sexyy Gloss Kit," a collection of custom lip glosses that only the "Get It Sexyy" rapper could have imagined. Designed, developed, and made in the USA with 100% Vegan and cruelty-free ingredients, with a touch of juicy mango flavor, the "Sexyy Gloss Kit" arrives with eight one-of-a-kind shades. Included in the kit are "Sex On My Period" (Candied cherry with silver and crimson sparkle), "Blue Ballz" (Sheer frosty blue with teal and violet shimmer), and Bootyhole Brown (Champagne quartz with multi-tone shimmer), one of two shades named after a signature lyric from her breakout single "Pound Town."

The limited-edition "Sexyy Gloss Kit" goes on sale on Black Friday, November 29th at 9am PT/12pm ET, at northsideprincess.com. The Gloss Kit launches alongside a collection of Northside Princess merch and apparel.

The tour showcased new material from Sexyy's new album, In Sexyy We Trust, which features hit singles "Get It Sexyy" and "U My Everything" ft. Drake. Filled with engaging anthems that showcase her raw lyrics and chantable choruses, the new mixtape furthers the St. Louis native's mission to #MakeAmericaSexyyAgain. Executive-produced by Tay Keith and Drumatized, the follow-up to 2023's breakout Hood Hottest Princess peaked at #17 on the Billboard 200, and has spent 10 weeks on the chart.

Sexyy Red won big at the 2024 BET Hip-Hop Awards, earning the coveted award for "Best Breakthrough Hip-Hop Artist," and scoring nominations for "Album of the Year" (In Sexyy We Trust), and "Song of the Year" ("Get It Sexyy").
