BEL-AIR SEASON TWO

GODFATHER OF HARLEM SEASON 3

“Godfather of Harlem” tells a story inspired by infamous crime boss Bumpy Johnson (Whitaker), who, in the early 1960s, returned from 11 years in prison to find the neighborhood he once ruled in shambles.

Season Three will find Bumpy Johnson continuing to battle for control of Harlem, with other aspirants to the throne, namely the Cuban Mafia from neighboring Spanish Harlem. Taking on the Cuban mob will put Bumpy, his loved ones, and his community in the crosshairs of not only the rival Italians, but ruthless Latin assassins and, ultimately, the CIA. Godfather of Harlem is a collision of the criminal underworld and the civil rights movement during one of the most tumultuous times in American history.

DISENCHANTED

 Release Date: November 18, 2022

 “Disenchanted,” the all-new musical comedy and sequel to “Enchanted.” The film, which reunites original cast members Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, Idina Menzel, and James Marsden and also stars Maya Rudolph, Gabriella Baldacchino, Yvette Nicole Brown, and Jayma Mays, is directed by Adam Shankman and features new songs from Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz. “Disenchanted” debuts November 18, exclusively on Disney+.

WU-TANG: AN AMERICAN SAGA SEASON 3

The Hulu Original series "Wu-Tang: An American Saga" returns for its third and final season with three episodes on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. New episodes will follow every Wu-Wednesday, with the finale dropping on April 5, 2023.

Off the release of their debut album and their continued rise to fame, we follow the Wu-Tang Clan over the course of their five-year plan as they face and overcome different challenges. While each of the members go on separate journeys to figure out where they fit in the music world, RZA struggles to stay on top of things in order to fulfill the promise he made to his Wu brothers. As money, fame, ego, and business threaten to tear the group apart, they must find a way to come together and cement their legacy.

THE 1619 PROJECT 

Release Date: January 2023

Disney’s Onyx Collective  will produce a documentary series based on “ The 1619 Project,” stories in The New York Times that examined the legacy of slavery in America dating from the arrival of the first slave ship from Africa. Executive produced by Oprah Winfrey, Nikole Hannah-Jones and Roger Ross Williams (Director). The docuseries connects American history with the present, by placing the contributions of Black Americans and the consequences of slavery at the very center of our country’s narrative.

PLANE

Release Date: January 13, 2023

The highly anticipated movie centers on Pilot Brodie Torrance (Gerard Butler) teaming up with an accused murderer, Louis Gaspare (Mike Colter), who was being transported by the FBI to rescue the passengers that were taken hostage on the war-torn island the plane crashed on. The unlikely duo finds themselves in the battle together and during this dire situation, themes of redemption, justice and humanity start to unravel throughout the film.
