Rosie Maio: I'm all down for the fine dining in Italy

Who says Date Night can’t go down from Italy, right? Turns out social media game-changer Rosie Maio is living her best life and showing you how to throw down from the comfort of Italy.

Fine cuisine? Oh yes. With spring break and summer goals on deck, it’s never too early to get international in ‘24. Tap in.

‘I can't believe this is already the third episode of my series "What I eat in a week in Italy at my Nonna's house" - time really does fly 🥹 I added 3 extra days to this episode as a little "thank you" for all the love you've shown since the beginning of this journey ❤️ I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed eating all the yummy food my Nonna prepared for us! This video was filmed in August 2023—I'm so sorry it took me so long to post it but I wanted to share the cookbook at the same time, which took me a while to perfect! It wasn't easy because Nonna doesn't follow any specific measurements when she cooks. Each time she makes a recipe, it turns out a little different from the last. I had to guess all the ingredient quantities by eye and test each recipe about 10-15 times before it came out tasting like hers 😅. But it was a labor of love, and I’m so happy we made it happen. This video is a bit different from my previous ones because I experimented with a more "cinematic" style. Chris (@chiyoks) did the color grading for the whole video and I'm so happy with the final result! Be sure to check out his channel; he creates stunning cinematic videos, and I look up to his filming/editing style so much! Hope you enjoy the video and thank you for watching 🙏🏻 Love, Rosie’
