SERIES SYNOPSIS
BOARDERS is a high energy, warm and funny coming of age drama which follows the lives of five Black inner city school teenagers who find themselves on scholarships to one of Britain’s oldest and most prestigious boarding schools, St. Gilberts. The series will see these students navigate a new world, forming new friendships along the way while also going on journeys of self-discovery.
Written and created by BAFTA-nominated screenwriter Daniel Lawrence Taylor, the series follows the lives of five talented Black teenagers from inner-city London as they navigate life at an elite boarding school.
Cast includes Josh Tedeku as “Jaheim,” Jodie Campbell as “Leah,” Myles Kamwendo as “Omar,” Sekou Diaby as “Toby,” and Aruna Jalloh as “Femi.”
BOARDERS is produced by Studio Lambert in association with All3Media International for the BBC. BOARDERS will be branded as a Tubi Original in North America.

Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation’s ad-supported video-on-demand service, announced today it will exclusively launch the new UK comedy-thriller series DEAD HOT, created and written by Charlotte Coben (The Stranger, Stay Close, Shelter, Fool Me Once), and executive produced by Nicola Shindler (It’s A Sin, Nolly, Happy Valley, Stay Close, Fool Me Once) in the U.S. and Canada. The deal was brokered by ITV Studios.
DEAD HOT is a compelling and twisty character-driven thriller exploring family, class, love, trauma, and identity. The six episode series is led by rising stars Bilal Hasna (Extraordinary, Layla) and Vivian Oparah (Rye Lane, Then You Run, I May Destroy You), with Penelope Wilton (Downton Abbey, After Life) and Peter Serafinowicz (The School for Good and Evil, The Tick) rounding out the cast.

But when Elliot learns Will has his own dark secrets, just as Jess is contacted by somebody claiming to be her brother, it sets into motion a determination for the pair to find out if Elliot’s romantically cursed—or being targeted.

From intense off-season routines to the intricacies of family dynamics to navigating the politics of women's sports, this documentary offers viewers a rare, all-encompassing look at the athletes as holistic individuals.
