Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant: The new behind the scenes featurette is all types of excitement

If there’s one thing you can count on from Guy Ritchie, it’s the fact he puts out quality flicks. He’s honestly on the same level of must-see vibes I get from the legends like Quentin Tarantino and Martin Scorsese. So with a sneak peek featurette for the upcoming Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant movie now available, I’m even more pumped.

The trailer alone tells a lot but having on-screen heavyweights Jake Gyllenhaal and Dar Salim speak on this flick? Super breathtaking. The Ritchie name alone screams Date Night-approved. So rest assured this is all types of perfect outing goals.

Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant follows US Army Sergeant John Kinley (Jake Gyllenhaal) and Afghan interpreter Ahmed (Dar Salim). After an ambush, Ahmed goes to Herculean lengths to save Kinley’s life. When Kinley learns that Ahmed and his family were not given safe passage to America as promised, he must repay his debt by returning to the war zone to retrieve them before the Taliban hunts them down first.
