The new 'Aurora: A Love Story' trailer is all types of real life emotions
When is the last time you fell for a heartwarming and equally heartbreaking love story? Turns out the recipe for both could be served up in the coming weeks once Aurora: A Love Story premieres to the masses in theaters globally Friday, January 27.
There’s love, of course, plus some comedy, drama and intrigue in just the opening sequences. While you’ll have to wait until I get the chance to screen this potentially must-see flick at the height of cuffing season, peep the details and get drawn into the new trailer.
We all have secrets and this complex, whirlwind love story, “AURORA” is no different. Kenny Gaines (Tobias Truvillion/ “The Best Man: Final Chapters”) and Giselle Xavier (Wakeema Hollis/ “Dynasty”) are set to marry in Puerto Rico when on the day the bride to be mysteriously disappears and sets off a crazy chain of events unearthing secrets, lies and betrayal that threaten to destroy the fairytale love story.
Written and directed by Noel Calloway (“Life, Love, Soul”) starring Tobias Truvillion (“The Best Man: Final Chapters” and “Equal Standard”), Wakeema Hollis (“Dynasty,” “The Photograph”), Marc John Jefferies (“City on a Hill,” “Power”), Ambre Anderson (“Power Book II: Ghost,” “The Marvin Sapp Story”) and Julito McCullum (“Safe Space,” “The Wire”). Produced by Jay Stern, best known for producing (“Rush Hour 1-3”, “Horrible Bosses,” and “Love and Basketball”) Kristi Kilday is CEO and EP of KO Creative, a full service production, post production and creative agency in Beverly Hills and Devon O'Reagan (Tough Dog Media) who met Calloway at Clark Atlanta University while dorming together. “Aurora” is the first project for Tough Dog/Ten Media.
