The Super Bowl LVI halftime show is going to be a performance you can’t miss. The list of performers for the 2022 event, including Detroit rapper Eminem, has been revealed and hip-hop fans will go crazy over it.

Slim Shady and fellow hip-hop icons Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre will take the stage on February. They join a long list of legendary musicians who have graced the stage at football’s bigger game. Super Bowl sponsor Pepsi hyped up their performance with an announcement on Twitter, and it will be the first performance at the game for all except Blige, who performed during the 2001 Super Bowl halftime show.

Eminem + Royce Da 5’9‘s ‘Scary Movies’ Turns 20
The Grammy-winning rapper and Royce Da 5'9 are real-life rap game veterans, although Royce won’t be gracing the stage with his longtime friend. In other news about the hip-hop duo, their "Scary Movies" classic recently officially reached its 20th anniversary.
Royce went to his Instagram page to geek out over the milestone. 5’9 also shared the single’s artwork to the masses.

Royce Da 5’9’s Found A Classic 2Pac Clip
Royce is a true hip-hop historian. Recently, the Detroit rapper lit up social media with some super rare footage of the late Tupac Shakur from his youth.
The Motown native went to his Instagram page with the must-see clip. The footage features Pac speaking on the importance of ownership and overcoming oppression.

Royce Da 5’9 Properly Salutes Zaila
A few days prior, the Motown native hit up his Instagram page with a major shout-out to Spelling Bee champion Zaila Avant-garde. Royce not only called her a living “G.O.A.T” but also referenced Zaila’s Black Girl Magic after becoming the Scripps National Spelling Bee’s first African American winner.

Zaila bodied her Spelling Bee competition by ultimately sealing her victory spelling the word “Murraya,” which is a genus of tropical Asiatic and Australian trees. The win also made her just the second Black champion in over 20 years.
The only previous Black champion was also the only international winner: Jody-Anne Maxwell of Jamaica in 1998. The bee, however, has still been a showcase for spellers of color over the past two decades, with kids of South Asian descent dominating the competition. Zaila’s win breaks a streak of at least one Indian-American champion every year since 2008. (AP)
