the word “ghetto” is often tossed around as an insult when really it’s the beauty n culture of our black community. black women are the start of so many things. sexy redd, glorilla, teyana taylor, tink,city girls, latto, megan, monaleo, flo milli, kaliiiiii, maiya da don, kehlani..i could go on n on. these women are the representation of our black community and they deserve every ounce of recognition. all these women exude the confidence and the depth & beauty of being a BLACK SUCCESSFUL woman from the hood. please stop using us as “prop” or a piece for your mood board. all these women have STORIES. being a black ghetto woman in america is not a fucking phase it’s a LIFESTYLE. & frankly i’m beyond SICK of seeing our culture n the shit WE grew up around being a “phase” or a “set design” this real life & it’s time u mfs start paying REAL homage to the women in our black community. we are not apart of u b*tches blue print. we doing this for our mothers, aunties, grandma’s, cousins etc. this ain’t part of no mood board. this our life & we deserve our flowers. #HOODHOESRULETHEWORLD ✨
