Every true Nic Cage fan - and hater - will love 'The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent'

Holy smokes. The urge was too much to wait until Friday to see The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent in theaters so I had to take the plunge to see it Thursday night - the official low-key release date of most - if not all - movies. My goodness does Nicolas Cage know how to deliver.

Playing out with both satire and some real fun action, the movie is an absolute must-see. What you see in the trailer is exactly the type of rollout and craziness you can expect to see in the film. Some of the best moments come courtesy of super well-positioned references to his past movies. Con Air. The Rock. Face/Off.

Without providing any spoilers, the only real suggestion I can make is if you can appreciate the Nic Cage culture, you’ll love what this movie has to offer. Suggestion - as much as possible, try to attend a theater you know there will be a slight crowd in because there’s nothing better than absurd and wild laughs with peers all in the name of Cage.
