Khemist Mayfield: Turn the temperatures up with help from Black Buttafly on 'Dance For Me'
Need to ignite a little passion in your life? I mean, summer love is just a few weeks ago and a theme song is always needed. Lean on singer Khemist Mayfield with help from Black Buttafly on their new ‘Dance For Me’ collaboration.
The song really hits hard and clocking in at over four minutes, bust out the ice packs for all this audio heat.
Philly recording artist Khemist Mayfield is joined by Black Buttafly to deliver a vintage slow jam with his new single “Dance For Me” from his upcoming project A List of Demands. The seductive new track has Khemist painting a picture of being hypnotized by a lovely woman on a dance floor.
Weaving a blend of jazz, funk, and electric melodies “Dance For Me” provides a unique experience that’s both nostalgic and new. To add some extra heat to the track, the song closes out with some toe curling poetry from Black Buttafly. Her poetry mixed with Khemist’s storytelling compliments the soul of Philadelphia.
“Dance for Me” follows Khemist’s previous single “Night Night” featuring Dj Jazzy Jeff.
