Rolling Loud Miami 2023: Anuel AA and El Alfa join the star-studded line-up
Just when you thought the Rolling Loud Miami 2023 line-up couldn’t get more loaded up for July 21-23, Latin superstars Anuel AA and El Alfa secure spots on the massive line-up of talent.
Whether you’re there to see Playboi Carti and Travis Scott deliver signature performances or need some Spanish fire on-stage, the line-up is going to make this year’s event beyond memorable.
Rolling Loud is preparing for a massive summer, hosting star-studded festivals all over the globe. Today, Rolling Loud's flagship festival, Rolling Loud Miami 2023, gets even bigger, with the addition of Latin music stars Anuel AA and El Alfa.
With over 35 million monthly listeners on Spotify and 34 million Instagram followers, Anuel AA is one of reggaeton's biggest stars. The Puerto Rican heavy-hitter is the first reggaeton artist to perform at a Rolling Loud event.
Hailing from the Dominican Republic, El Alfa, also known as “El Jefe,” is the reigning king of dembow, the bass-heavy style favored in his home country. The multi-platinum vocalist is known for his hits like “BEBÉ” and “La Mamá De La Mamá,” has collaborated with the likes of Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee, Major Lazer, and Lil Jon, and sold out Madison Square Garden as a headliner in 2021.
The addition of Anuel AA and El Alfa augments the most expansive and impressive Rolling Loud lineup to date. Headlined by Travis Scott, A$AP Rocky, and Playboi Carti, the festival brings an A-List array of rap stars, but also branches out to include artists from across the genre spectrum–these artists do not make rap music, but they bring a hip-hop ethos to the music they make. Among these artists are UK phenom PinkPantheress, R&B superstar Bryson Tiller, hardcore punk heavy-hitters Turnstile, genre-bending songstress Foushée, and Spanish language rapper YOVNGCHIMI.
Beyond these first-time Rolling Loud performers, Rolling Loud Miami 2023 promises a stacked undercard that reflects the landscape of modern hip-hop. Fans at Hard Rock can expect sizzling sets from A-Listers like Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, Kodak Black, Lil Yachty, Trippie Redd, City Girls, and Don Toliver, rising superstars like Ice Spice, Coi Leray, Central Cee, and GloRilla, genre stalwarts like Rae Sremmurd and Freddie Gibbs, and promising prospects like Destroy Lonely, Lola Brooke, Babytron, redveil, Luh Tyler, Bktherula, and many more. As always, fans can expect Rolling Loud Miami to bring a diverse complement of surprises and special guests into the fold.
Rolling Loud Miami is the crown jewel of Rolling Loud's biggest year yet. The party started in March with Rolling Loud California, the first-ever music festival hosted at Hollywood Park, on the grounds adjacent to SoFi Stadium, in Inglewood, CA. Headlined by Travis Scott, Future & Playboi Carti, Rolling Loud's first event in Los Angeles since 2019 brought memorable moments, like Justin Bieber making his Rolling Loud debut, and Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj performing together onstage. Rolling Loud continued its world tour with Rolling Loud Thailand, first-ever event in Asia, bringing Travis Scott, Cardi B, and Chris Brown to Pattaya in April. This summer, Rolling Loud hosts three festivals in Europe: the second annual Rolling Loud Portugal, the first-ever Rolling Loud Rotterdam in The Netherlands, and the inaugural Rolling Loud Germany in Munich.
