X is one of the best movies I've seen in years

Low-key and high-key? I love horror movies. It used to be all about great dramas and comedies plus plenty of action-packed thrillers mixed in but the love for horror movies in recent years has only intensified. While I can appreciate flicks like Halloween Kills and even Us, I haven’t had my proper hit of both horror and gore plus excellent storytelling - along with solid acting, cinematography and overall pace. Now enter the movie X.

Going into the film with mild expectations, I was glued to the screen from start to finish - and if you get a chance to check it out, watch through the end credits for bonus goodness. An absolute must-own and an A24 instant classic, I am still hooked to what this movie dished out.
