I know fall is here but Chow Lee is determined to keep the slizzy summertime vibes alive in his new video. Embracing baecation on Biscayne energy, Chow Lee teams up with OVO’s Roy Woods and takes us on a picturesque journey of love and loss in his latest video for "tequila vacay!" The duo profess their feelings for that special woman as Chow and his lady traipse through Miami on yachts and convertibles. With the sun shining, ice glistening, and feelings sprung, love feels like a fever dream. That is until Chow gets in his own way and his lady peeps an "IMY" text from another woman. The rapper spirals into a stream of scenarios he'd rather experience than his woman leaving: "Rather have you kick me out the house before I bounce on you / rather have you punch me in my mouth before I don't talk to you / rather have you cut my legs off before I don't walk to you / rather have you cut my lights off before I'm dark with you..." In the video, we get to see Chow step into his lover boy vibe. Even if he ends up loving and losing, at least he took his L on a luxury yacht.
Caribbean-inflected “tequila vacay!” ft. Roy Woods is a highlight track from Chow Lee’s critically acclaimed project Sex Drive. Praised by outlets like Pitchfork, Billboard, The FADER, XXL, and more, the album affirms Chow’s position as leader of the sexy drill scene. Highlight tracks include the ethereal and bothered “cinderbella!,” the cinematic and tone-setting opening track "advance w her" (produced by Cash Cobain), and provocative yet contemplative single, "settings!" Sex Drive is also home to Chow's recent series of viral singles, including "swag it!," which earned a remix featuring Flo Milli, and "ms. Beautiful v," which generated millions of streams, went viral on TikTok (20k creations), and placed on the Top 25: New York City chart on Apple Music, along with Cash Cobain-produced singles "act bad twin" ft. Bay Swag & Cash Cobain and the Allen Iverson-referencing "practice!" With additional features from Anycia, AJ Tracey, Sleepy Hallow, and more.
