Fatman Scoop has Juneteenth properly represented with Black

There’s never any slowing down Fatman Scoop. The hip-hop veteran has come through with his signature sound and of course voice for a Juneteenth-appropriate new ‘Black’ anthem.

Scoop does more than just put out a catchy new single. He has gone all out with a music video showing him in his rhyming bag and surrounded with equal energy. Peep the details behind the release and keep scrolling to check out the full video.

New York legend Fatman Scoop is a man of his community. He communicates unity in his latest video for the “Black” remix. The video has the youth dancing all throughout the city expressing their freedom.

Fatman Scoop says, “I made the remix because I have an extreme amount of pride in being black. Extremely Black. Unapologetically Black. Completely Black I wouldn't have it any other way. And I want people to feel the same way I do.I felt what I said will resonate with many other Black people....people of color in general.

Celebrating Juneteenth, this track is bound to unite people of all cultures regardless of race or ethnicity. “Black,” is definitely one for the culture!
