Grand Theft Auto is for the culture and it's never dying

Lately I’ve really put a lot of focus into legacy. My legacy. Your legacy. What is our legacy going to be 10, 20, 500 years from now? Without getting too deep, let’s just say the only folks I think of with an everlasting existence tend to be in the single, okay, maybe a few break into the double, digits like Santa but all in all, what you do and have done for the culture will either reign supreme or low-key and high-key go largely unnoticed. With those mind-blowing thoughts now created, it’s a safe bet to say Grand Theft Auto has been doing this for a very long time.

Even better than a long time? Having the cultural impact you can’t help but salute. Shucks, even the smaller spin-offs like the Ballad of Gay Tony still go hard in 2022. But rather than me rambling on, allow yourself to get put onto 10 minutes worth of thought-provoking explaining for why GTA is forever - ever, ever? Ever ever.
