Jay-Way sets the mood right-right all the way from the Deep End
Summertime is in full effect and while there’s tons of music dropping, there’s something very special about the sound of hip-hop artist Jay-Way’s ‘Deep End.’
Granted, it’s not an official music video - yet - the song is pure audio flames and sets the mood right during the hottest season of the year. Buckle up and turn up.
Recently, Jay-Way's genre-defying style graced VIBE after he collaborated with IVAV labelmate Steven Malcolm and Grammy-nominee Snoop Dogg on the song, "Summertime.”. The song has accumulated more than one million Spotify streams and served as a fitting precursor to "Deep End".
Laced with electric guitars, trap beats, and a guest appearance by fellow Dutch rapper Digitzz, “Deep End” mixes anxious lyrics with laid-back grooves. It’s a soundtrack for summer days and leisurely poolside hangs, with something dangerous lurking just beneath the surface.
