Jonny Fastlane report: 21 Savage & Nas squash their beef and drop a song TOGETHER
If you want to get into contact with me, the best way to do it is on Instagram. If you want to say what up, if you want to tell me you love my videos, you can tell me that you hate my videos but the best way to do that is on Instagram. Peace y’all, Jonny Fastlane here. So, Nas and 21 Savage come out with a song together. Let’s talk hip-hop!
Peace y’all, it’s your boy Jonny Fastlane. So this situation is dope man because Nas and 21 Savage just dropped a song together called ‘One Mic, One Gun.’ As you guys know, Nas and 21 Savage, they kind of had a little beef.
The whole situation was 21 was feeling himself. He got a new album with Drake so he challenged Kodak Black and said he would beat him in a Verzuz and he also was on Clubhouse and was talking about JAY-Z and Nas and said yeah Nas has a core fan base and good music but he’s not relevant in today’s rap conversation.
A lot of people were like yo that’s crazy, you’re wilding, and even Jungle, who is Nas’ brother, came out on Twitter and said something crazy toward 21 Savage. And 21 Savage didn’t respond to any of that.
What did 21 Savage did respond and say though was that his comments got all misconstrued. He said, ‘I would never disrespect Nas or any legend who paved the way for me y’all be trying to take stuff and run with it.’ So I guess ultimately Nas and 21 Savage must of got on the phone because 21 Savage and Nas got a new song called ‘One Mic, One Gun’ and it is fire.
I think that Hit-Boy produced it because there’s a video of Hit-Boy in the studio wilding out to the song after they recorded it. The whole situation is 21 Savage starts the song off and right there in the first verse, 21 Savage is rapping saying when it comes to legends, we don’t talk about relevancy. You forgot I was a rapper with integrity. He said I’m never trying to disrespect any rappers and he said I got King’s Disease but I move like a Knight.
So really 21 Savage was talking about the situation in the verse and giving Nas his flowers and addressing the whole situation.
It was pretty dope. The song is fire and maybe it’ll be one King’s Disease deluxe album. But they went and did the shit quick. Let me know what y’all think in the comments.
