Sett: It's all about the 'Teamo' vibes in the new music video
There’s no slowing down what Sett is serving up these days. His energy level is super high and the way he’s putting out new tunes plus music videos like his new ‘Teamo’ clip? Super tough.
The rap artist is exploding onto the scene with fresh content on a regular basis and during the hottest season of the year, Sett is keeping the temps blazing.
1017 signee Sett released another visual for his new song, “Teamo” featuring Tay Keith. The track was released via 1017 Global Music/Atlantic Records.
On the song, Sett talks about the death of a close friend, the hardships of being from the South Vegas side of Memphis and more over a guitar-heavy beat produced by Tay Keith. The video reflects the song’s sentiments as it’s shot in black and white, in the pouring rain while Sett raps about life’s trials and tribulations.
Sett’s been on a hot streak with his musical releases. His track “Teamo” comes just a week after dropping “Call My Bluff.” In June, Sett reached a milestone with his song “Snap” being his highest streamed song and was No. 1 on Spotify’s Memphis Local Pulse chart. Prior to “Snap,” Sett dropped “Piss Sett Off” which has over 5 million streams to date, was No. 1 on Spotify’s Local Pulse Memphis chart, landed at No. 52 on Spotify’s Top Songs Memphis and was the No. 1 Shazam in Memphis. Sett was also recently featured on Audiomack’s 10 Rappers You Should Know Right Now.
The Memphis native is proving he’s the real deal while solidifying his spot in the Memphis rap scene with co-signs from fellow Memphis peers, Finesse2Tymes, NLE Choppa and Moneybagg Yo. Musical talent also runs in Sett’s family as he is also the cousin of fellow Memphis rapper Pooh Shiesty.
