South African rap sensation Nasty C and London-based Nigerian producer extraordinaire Lekaa Beats link up for the new single ‘Life Of The Party' out now via Exodus Records.

Nasty and Lekaa also today announce their collaborative project, the hip-hop, trap, amapiano and afrobeat fusion EP, Confuse The Enemy, landing on October 17th. Recorded across London, Capetown, and Johannesburg, Confuse the Enemy is not just an album—it's a statement. It’s a testament to the boundless possibilities that emerge when artists from different backgrounds come together to create something extraordinary. This project is poised to not only resonate across the African continent and the UK but also to solidify Nasty C and Lekaa Beats as trailblazers pushing the global music scene forward.

Announced on IG last week, the EP’s first single, the afrobeat jam ‘Life Of The Party’ is seductive and subtle, yet highly danceable. It reflects the EP’s vibe, with its genre-spanning moody, melancholic instrumentals paired with vocal energy from diverse voices.

Nasty C and Lekaa Beats’ joint EP, Confuse The Enemy, is a culture-spanning, genre-blending project uniting South African and Nigerian music with UK innovation. This two-part body of work features a star lineup including Tiwa Savage, Odumodublvck, Blxckie, Nanette, Daliwonga, Yumbs, Gabzy, Zee Nxumalo, and UK rap star Chip, representing a fusion of afrobeats, amapiano, and African hip-hop. 

Part 1, introduces listeners to a collection of five meticulously crafted tracks that blend Nasty C's lyrical prowess with Lekaa Beats' cutting-edge production. This instalment aims to captivate audiences with a diverse array of sounds, ranging from hard-hitting rap anthems to smooth, melodic tunes that showcase the versatility and depth of both artists.
