Real Boston Richey, following a breakout year in 2023, returns with a haunting new single, "Help Me," produced by Mac Fly (King Von, Sexyy Red). The rapper, known for his vulnerability on wax, seamlessly bares his soul on this latest release, available now.
Over somber production, Richey candidly shares his struggles with convoluted emotions, from being manipulated by women to reflecting on his humble beginnings in a mobile home. Despite the downtrodden atmosphere, Richey's captivating flow and pockets of energy invigorate the record, culminating in a subtle yet triumphant conclusion.
This level of vulnerability is unfamiliar to some rappers, but it's second nature to Boston Richey. As he told Revolt last year, "I've learned to channel my feelings into songs without shame, using music as a form of venting."
"Help Me" showcases Richey's range, following his Billboard-debuting album, Bubbaland, which explored a broad spectrum of personal topics. The album also spawned the successful single "The Type" with YTB Fatt, amassing 14 million YouTube views since its September release.
Despite the contrast between "Help Me" and "The Type," Richey delivers the same lyrical diligence his audience has come to expect. Most recently, he joined GloRilla on stage at the FedExForum in Memphis on May 30th.

Sometimes the vocals just don’t cut it and it’s the case for hip-hop artist Real Boston Richey. His ‘Bubba Man’ anthem goes hard - of course from the new Welcome To Bubba Land album - and it’s only right there’s an accompanying music video.
