Need a little motivation to get your week started off right-right? Look no further than Stunna Girl linking up with Detroit’s own 42 Dugg for their hard-hitting ‘Ratch’ music video.

The visual is stunning - as you would expect - and has ample cinematic appeal. Peep the video below and scroll further for more details on Stunna’s non-stop grind.

Sacramento’s own Stunna Girl unleashes her latest single today, a high-octane collaboration with budding Detroit star 42 Dugg titled “Ratch,” along with its brand-new music video. 2021 has been a busy year for Stunna, who has spent much of it elevating her music and brand with new music and business ventures, and she seeks to hit the ground running in the new year by continuing that momentum.

The video for “Ratch” brings Stunna Girl’s lightning rod personality to the forefront from the onset. Flanked by members of what could be a royal family, Stunna crashes the party and brings the “Ratch” to what would ordinarily be a serene, discrete setting. Her energy is infectious, and before long even the white-haired elders are turning up with Stunna, acting in ways that conflict their appearance.

It’s all fair game in Stunna Girl’s world though,, from inside the quaint mansion to its courtyard, where 42 Dugg joins the festivities and turns a calm painting session into a club scene with ease. Stunna has been a reliable source of energetic anthems to start her young career, and “Ratch” only adds to her successful catalog

“Ratch” follows Stunna’s most recent video, “Stunna B***h,” which was a bit of a frequency switch for Stunna, who traded her energetic cadence for a more methodical one as she glides through the instrumental, which samples Ja Rule and Ashanti’s classic “Down Ass B***h” record. All told, including “Ratch,” Stunna has released 10 music videos in the seven months that have transpired since the release of Stunna This, Stunna That, her second full-length project, released in February of this year.

LA Weekly wrote that with the release of the project, Stunna should “see her already blossoming profile go up another level in 2021,” an indicator of just how high her ceiling can be.

In the last two years alone, Stunna has been profiled in FlauntXXL and Office, appeared on the prestigious soundtrack to EA Sports’ world-famous Madden video game franchise and planted her flag with purpose in the ever-important world of TikTok, where her famous #RUNWAYCHALLENGE resulted in over four million creates on the platform. Any time you put her into the game, she shines.
