Tyga: The 'West Coast Weekend' music video with YG and Blxst is all about girls, girls, girls

Maybe I should have put women, women, women in the headline? A little nod to the legendary JAY-Z but it’s 2023 and with the signature 2Pac-type sounds, it’s a throwback vibe with a modern twist in Tyga’s new ‘West Coast Weekend’ anthem with help from YG and Blxst on the song.

But let’s keep it 100 - it’s all about the mind-blowing music video. Peep the details and get caught up in the fun.

Multi-platinum artists and longtime collaborators Tyga and YG dropped the music video for their latest “West Coast Weekend” featuring Grammy-nominated artist Blxst. This is the first collaboration between the three hitmakers and the video showcases the trio’s undeniable energy and classic California mindset with beautiful women, a convertible and classic cars all with the backdrop of a pool party at a mansion in the Hollywood Hills. This is just a taste of what’s to come on their collaborative album.

The single samples Tupac’s famed single “All About You” and the captivating chorus and carefree energy of the video effectively encapsulates the essence of summer fun and the video solidifies “West Coast Weekend” as the ultimate summer anthem celebrating everything that makes the West Coast culture and lifestyle so desirable and beloved.
