EST Gee: The Kentucky rap heavyweight’s ‘I Ain’t Feeling You’ album drops this month

Need new audio fire to look forward to? Say less. It’s all going down at the end of the month courtesy of hip-hop artist EST Gee gearing up to drop his I Ain’t Feeling You studio album in the coming weeks.

EST Gee locks in ‘I Ain’t Feeling You’ for January

While you’ll have to wait a few weeks for the project to drop, Gee’s coming through with a full-fledged studio album. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Gee prepares his guest-featured LP for January 31.

Rap artist EST Gee announced plans to release his new album, I Ain’t Feeling You, on Jan. 31. Pre-save HERE via CMG/Interscope Records.

The forthcoming album will arrive on the heels of the Louisville native’s string of recently released singles, including “My Love (feat Rylo Rodriguez and Veeze),” “RIP Lu Mike,” “Go” and The Streets.”

I Ain’t Feeling You marks Gee’s first project release since 2023, when he dropped two charting mixtapes – MAD and EL TORO 2 – in the same calendar year. During that same period, he also collaborated with his CMG labelmates on the label’s star-studded compilation album, Gangsta Art 2.

Gee originally broke out with 2021’s Bigger Than Life or Death tape, which hit No. 7 on the Billboard 200, grabbed No. 1 on Apple Music’s All-Genre chart, and lifted his career to the next level. That year, he also collaborated with Lil Baby, Young Thug, Lil Durk, and many others; received cosigns from the likes of Jay-Z and Drake; played Jimmy Kimmel Live! with Louisville’s own Jack Harlow.

A year later, he released his debut studio album, I Never Felt Nun, a collection of tense street raps with occasional dips into melody provided by superstar guests including Future and Harlow. It reached No. 8 on the Billboard 200 and was his third full-length to hit the Top 10 — including his and 42 Dugg’s beloved 2022 joint mixtape, Last Ones Left

He went on to appear on the cover of Billboard alongside CMG CEO Yo Gotti and labelmates Moneybagg Yo, Blac Youngsta, Mozzy and Lehla Samia. Before the year was out, he’d make his nationally televised debut performing at the BET Hip-Hop Awards alongside Jeezy to perform their hit song “The Realest.”
