French Montana powers up with Fivio Foreign in new 'Panicking' video

New York rapper French Montana is staying busy-busy these days. The hip-hop superstar has come through with an official gem off his upcoming They Got Amnesia in the form of his Fivio Foreign-featured “Panicking” music video.

French Montana drops ‘Panicking’ music video

After teasing fans about a new project gearing up to drop, Montana has come through with his jam-packed visual.

Punchy and percussive production underlines “Panicking” as French jumps into a hard-hitting cadence. Passing the momentum seamlessly, Fivio turns up with a knockout appearance of his own before the chantable hook, “I got ‘em panicking. The accompanying visual is once again directed by French Montana in collaboration with Edgar Esteves.  In the clip, the dynamic duo parachute out of a cargo plane filled with palettes of cash only to crash through the roof of a luxurious spa occupied by dozens of models. French asks the most important question possible, “Y’all got some robes in here?”

French Montana’s really in his bag

Over the past few days, Montana has kept busy putting in work-work on his new music. He’s specifically blessed fans with anthems off his new album.

Last week, French Montana got the culture talking with the release of “I Don’t Really Care,” kicking off the runway to They Got Amnesia last week.  Right out of the gate, it cracked over a million streams and over 4 million views on the official music video. Earning widespread critical buzz, Rolling Stone praised it as “a swaggering single full of boasts, and The Source touted the “instantly unshakable groove with braggadocio lines.” In addition to plugs from Complex, Revolt, and more, HYPEBEAST wrote, “the song hears the rapper drop bars about setting trends and stunting on the haters.

The new album has a certified New York banger

The project is slated to arrive November 12 and comes with his standout “FWMGAB” summer smash single.

They Got Amnesia serves as a reminder of French’s greatness once again. He locked and loaded the album with one banger after another punctuated by quotable bars and hard-hitting hooks. The album stands as his tightest and strongest project to-date, as he fully embraces his roots, showcasing a verbal dexterity and unpredictable flows that established him as a star in the first place. It also boasts his summer 2021 anthem “FWMGAB, which has clocked nearly 30 million streams thus far.
