While you’ll have to wait until February 3 to secure your pair, details and up-close looks at the kicks are circulating online right now. Needless to say? Pure fire.

PUMA Hoops is officially debuting the latest iteration of LaMelo Ball’s signature shoe, the MB.02 Jade.

In honor of the Lunar New Year, LaMelo Ball’s MB.02 Jade features marbleized gradients of light green reminiscent of the sacred stone. The shoe also features gold-tone foil outlines of Melo’s signature wings and adds an ultra-premium finish to his “1 of 1” branding. The ornate two-tone treatment is further elevated by a freshly dipped droplet effect at the midsole to commemorate water as the Chinese zodiac’s element for 2023.

Complete with advanced PUMA Hoops tech, including NITRO foam, this fully playable shoe is as valuable as its namesake. The shoe is also ideal for quick cuts and spot up jumpers thanks to its full-coverage engineered nonslip rubber compound with feather (a nod to Melo’s signature wings) tread pattern for enhanced durability and traction. Lastly, the fit is a disruptive upper construction made with engineered woven mesh and multizone mixed materials for targeted support, comfort, and breathability in a lightweight package.

Retailing for $150, the MB.02 Jade will be available on Friday, February 3 at PUMA.com, Foot Locker, Foot Locker Canada and Champs Sports.
