Prime Video's 'The Outlaws' can't premiere soon enough

Is it just me or does it feel like the quality of content both on the big screen and across digital streaming platforms have both increased dramatically? It’s really getting to a point where you need every premium service and with Prime Video’s ‘The Outlaws’ set to premiere in the coming weeks, the hype is only getting stronger.

Prime Video’s ‘The Outlaws’ drops April 1

The highly-anticipated comedy thriller series is set to launch April 1. Fortunately, while the date isn’t being moved up the show’s trailer makes it look like it’s going to be well worth the wait.

Academy Award-winning actor Christopher Walken stars opposite Merchant in the series about a disparate group of lawbreakers thrown together to complete a community service sentence. Seven strangers from different walks of life are forced to work together to renovate a derelict community center. When one of their number gets dragged into a dangerous world of organized crime, they unite in ways none of them thought possible.

The jam-packed cast

It’s way bigger than just Christopher Walken, too. While he’s been on a non-stop tear with series like Apple TV+’s ‘Severance,’ this show puts him alongside some super major Hollywood elite.

The series stars Rhianne Barreto (HannaDixi) as Rani, Gamba Cole (HannaGuerrilla) as Christian, Stephen Merchant as Greg, Christopher Walken (SeveranceThe Deer Hunter) as Frank, Eleanor Tomlinson (PoldarkThe Nevers) as Lady Gabriela, Darren Boyd (TryingFortitude) as John, Clare Perkins (The Wheel of TimeSuspicion) as Myrna, and Jessica Gunning (BackFortitude) as Diane.
