Sexyy Red: The two-piece 'U Kno What To Do' and 'Clouted Up' anthems just hit different

Just when you thought rap diva Sexyy Red would fall back on the music-making, it turns out she’s delivering more fire to the masses. How about getting both a ‘U Kno What To Do’ and ‘Clouted Up’ drop to geek out to? Say less.

Sexyy Red drops two fire anthems with ‘U Kno What To Do’ and ‘Clouted Up’

It’s the signature rap diva’s flexing on full display right here. Both anthems hit hard and keep those summer vibes going well into the fall season.

Sexyy Red climbed to the top of the rap game, but she's not one to rest on her laurels. The Platinum-selling mother of two keeps her streak going, releasing two new bangers: "U Kno What To Do" and "Clouted Up." Produced by Chicago sound architect Mac Fly, "U Kno What To Do" finds Sexyy Red in her melodic bag, working her trademark bars into a sing-song flow over chirruping synths. On "Clouted Up," Sexyy reunites with Shawn Ferrari, who produced her fan-favorite song "Hellcats SRTs," channeling the mid-'10s mixtape era with boosted bass and chant-worthy hooks. "U Kno What To Do" and "Clouted Up" are Sexyy's first new songs since releasing In Sexyy We Trust, her acclaimed new album.

Sexyy Red is currently touring the United States on the "Sexyy 4 President Tour," a 26-city tour that features support from HunxhoLoe ShimmyBlakeiana, and special guests. The tour is off to a hot start, selling out its first three shows. The "Sexyy 4 President Tour" will showcase material from Sexyy's new album, In Sexyy We Trust, which features hit singles "Get It Sexyy" and "U My Everything" ft. Drake. Filled with engaging anthems that showcase her raw lyrics and memorable choruses, the new mixtape furthers the St. Louis native's mission to #MakeAmericaSexyyAgain. Executive-produced by Tay Keith and Drumatized, In Sexyy We Trust, the follow-up to 2023's breakout Hood Hottest Princess, peaked at #17 on the Billboard 200, and has spent 11 weeks on the chart.

Next week, Sexyy Red hits the MTV Video Music Awards, where she is nominated for "Best Hip-Hop Video" and "Best Collaboration" for her contributions to Drake's "Rich Baby Daddy," which also features SZA. Earlier this year, Sexyy Red earned 5 BET Award nominations, including nominations for "Best Female Hip-Hop Artist" and "Best New Artist," and she stole the show at the awards ceremony for the second-straight year with her charismatic, and very presidential performance of "Get It Sexyy" and "U My Everything."

After selling out her nationwide tour in 2023, reaching her highest Hot 100 peaks yet in 2024, earning multiple major award nominations over the summer, and creating her own Lip Gloss line available soon, Sexyy proves there’s no one better positioned for the November ballot than her. Get it, Sexyy!
