Stacc Styles: It's an early jump on 4/20 with 'Weed, Wax & Whiskey'

What better way to embrace a Throwback Thursday with 4/20 on deck than vibing out to hip-hop artist Stacc Styles and the new ‘Weed, Wax & Whiskey’ anthem? Say less.

Stacc Styles comes through with ‘Weed, Wax & Whiskey’

It’s all types of audio fire coming from Double S with a vintage overall vibe from the folks at Suburban Noise. Embrace the feels and stay tuned for the single’s official release on Friday, April 19.

Suburban Noize Records and Stacc Styles are ready to fire it up to celebrate this year's annual 4-20 holiday with the release of the new single "Weed, Wax, and Whiskey". The holiday celebrated every year by marijuana smokers worldwide was established on the 4th month, 20th day of every year, after the police code for 4:20, which is used to signal marijuana smoking in progress.

"This song sounds like an old school Suburban Noize song. The beat has a vintage Kottonmouth Kings or Saint Dog sound and it was produced by LD from Sublime with Rome, so it has that classic West Coast vibe," commented Stacc Styles. "This song is a celebration of all things cannabis, but it's also extremely personal to me as it's dedicated to all my friends and family that I've lost to addiction or taken their own life. Hopefully it can be a warning sign for the growing opioid epidemic in this country that has taken too many too soon."

The song is the latest single from Stacc Styles upcoming Suburban Noize debut album "Live Your Best Life", which is currently scheduled for a June 21st release. The album will feature guest appearances by Suburban Noize alumni Johnny Richter, Chucky Chuck, and Obnoxious, as well as verses from Slumerican's Big Henri, battle rapper YNOT, Nu3tron, and Tucson Nu Metal artist Jon Russell aka Johnny2mics of Lethal Injektion.

Since joining the ranks of Suburban Noize Records, Stacc Styles has wasted no time hitting the road with (HED) P.E, Johnny Richter, and DJ Swamp for a tour across the country. Stacc's unique blend of THC-infused hip-hop won over fans who instantly connected to his  trademark technical precision for high-speed raps.

Stacc Styles' ties to Suburban Noize Records and SRH trace back to the early 2000s during the era of attending Kottonmouth Kings shows. The pivotal moment occurred in 2005 when Stacc struck up a friendship with Suburban Noize alumni Mower and he would eventually become part of the band's road crew. Over the next couple of tours, Stacc was introduced to the extended Suburban Noize family. Johnny Richter, Big B, D-Loc, Judge D, Dirtball, Chucky Chuck, and others became part of Stacc's growing network. This connection would ultimately result in Stacc securing a deal with Suburban Noize Records years later.

Stacc Styles new album "Live Your Best Life" is set for a June 21st release date via Suburban Noize Records. A pre-order for the album with limited edition merch, vinyl, and physical CDs is now available online HERE.
