Ready to see rap star Megan Thee Stallion turning up in person? Look no further than what’s brewing with her Hot Girl Summer tour slated to go down in the coming weeks.

Ready to see rap star Megan Thee Stallion turning up in person? Look no further than what’s brewing with her Hot Girl Summer tour slated to go down in the coming weeks.

Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Hot Girl Summer’ tour is happening

While you’ll have to wait until May before things kick off, you can rest assured she’s taking over the hottest months of the year with the GloRilla-featured tour running through the end of July.

Today, three-time, Grammy award-winning superstar Megan Thee Stallion formally announced the“Hot Girl Summer Tour,” a 31-city worldwide trek produced by Live Nation that will feature a special Chicas Divertidas VIP section and include domestic stops in the U.S. and international performances across Europe.

Grammy-nominated artist GloRilla will serve as a special guest on the “Hot Girl Summer Tour,” which will mark Megan’s first-ever, headlining tour in arenas across the globe. The Memphis-born hitmaker, who has delivered award-winning hits such as “Tomorrow 2 (feat Cardi B),” “FNF” and “Yeah Glo!,” will join Megan on the domestic leg of the tour.

The tour will kick off on May 14 in Minneapolis and make stops at several major cities across the United States – including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, a hometown performance in Houston and many more – before wrapping up in Las Vegas on June 22. The international leg of Megan’s tour will begin in Glasgow, Scotland on July 4 with additional shows in England, France, Germany and Ireland.

Tickets will be available starting with a Citi presale (details below) beginning on Wednesday, March 20. Additional presales including an artist Hotties presale will run throughout the week ahead of the general onsale beginning on Friday, March 22 at 10am local time on store.megantheestallion.com.

Citi is the official card of the Hot Girl Summer Tour. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets for U.S. dates beginning Wednesday, March 20 at 1pm local time until Thursday, March 21 at 10pm local time through the Citi Entertainment program. For complete presale details visit www.citientertainment.com.

Fans can also purchase VIP Packages, which may include premium tickets, access to a VIP bar and cocktail service throughout the night, pre-show VIP Lounge, exclusive VIP merch item, early entry & more. VIP package contents vary based on offer selected. For more information, click HERE.

The tour comes after her latest song “HISS” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in February. “HISS” also became the first-ever, solo female rap song to debut No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 and, as a result, Megan now owns the record for the biggest first week for a solo female rap song in history.

The achievement signified Megan’s third No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, following her other chart-topping hits such as “Savage (Remix)” with Beyoncé and “WAP” with Cardi B. The song was Megan’s second solo release via Hot Girl Productions – her independent music and entertainment entity.

Earlier this year, Megan and Warner Music Group announced an innovative agreement that enabled the Houston native to maintain her independence as a musician while also having access to the music company’s robust global services, ranging from radio promotion to marketing worldwide. Through the unique structure of the agreement, Megan could release her music independently and still have distribution and resources with Warner Music, while having full ownership of her masters and publishing.

It’s the latest in a series of trailblazing milestones for Megan in 2024. Most recently, Planned Parenthood announced plans to honor Megan with the organization’s Catalyst for Change Award at its annual gala in New York City on April 16.

Yo Gotti and GloRilla have joined forces with huge CMG signing

It’s all about leveling up for GloRilla in 2022. With new music dropping and co-signs growing, the hip-hop artist has secured a major deal with Memphis rap legend Yo Gotti and his CMG record company.

It’s all about leveling up for GloRilla in 2022. With new music dropping and co-signs growing, the hip-hop artist has secured a major deal with Memphis rap legend Yo Gotti and his CMG record company.

Yo Gotti and GloRilla have joined forces

Details are just now emerging and reveal Gotti didn’t waste any time making Glo an official part of the team. The partnership now gives her support from both Yo’s label and the iconic Interscope Records.

Today, multiplatinum musician, entrepreneur and record executive, Yo Gotti announces his signing of the most-sought after emerging artist in the industry, GloRilla --off the heels of her smash Billboard Hot 100 anthem “FNF (Let’s Go).”

Since releasing “FNF” in late-April, GloRilla has taken the music industry by storm, as the song sparked the viral #FNFChallenge on TikTok while the music video generated over 22 million views (and counting) since its release in late-April. By signing the scorching star to his esteemed CMG record label in partnership with Interscope Records, Gotti is adding more firepower to CMG’s loaded roster while further showcasing the label’s versatility.

Yo Gotti and GloRilla speak on the huge partnership

It didn’t take long before both Yo and Flo finally broke their silence to dish on their new business relationship. Gotti talked about the rising rap star’s overnight success.

GloRilla is a natural born star – she has a different sound and approach that’s needed in hip-hop right now,” Gotti said. “It’s one of the quickest rises that I’ve seen in my career because she only dropped in late-April and now she has the hottest cultural records in music. Glo is hungry for success and determined to win. We look forward to watching her grow as an artist and reach her full potential.”

Glo’s buzz has only grown stronger courtesy of co-signs from Cardi B, Saweetie and Latto. She even teamed up with Duke Deuce for their ‘Crunk Ain’t Dead’ anthem. So of course she had to speak on catching a major break.

“I’ve put in years of hard work to get this point and I’m blessed to sign with the hottest label in music with CMG,” GloRilla said. “I manifested this moment and trusted my talent even when others didn’t. I’m grateful for Gotti for believing in me and I’m not gonna let up. Trust that I have more new heat on the way.”

The CMG conglomerate keeps growing

Just keeping it 100? CMG is stacked with heavyweights. Everyone from Memphis’ own Moneybagg Yo to EST Gee have found success at the growing enterprise.

The announcement comes shortly after CMG was featured on the cover of Billboard and crowned as “The Hardest-Working Label in Hip-Hop.” Signing GloRilla merely fortifies CMG’s loaded roster that includes Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, EST Gee, Mozzy, Blac Youngsta, Blocboy JB, Lil Poppa, Big Boogie, Lehla Samia and 10Percent.

Through the first six months of 2022, CMG has expanded exponentially. In recent months, Gotti signed his first R&B artist in Lehla Samia, inked Jacksonville hip-hop artist Lil Poppa, brought on up-and-comer 10Percent and announced that Mozzy joined the label at the acclaimed, CMG Press Conference in February.

Most recently, Gotti’s CMG collaboration with Moneybagg Yo, Mozzy and Lil Poppa on “Big League” was recently tapped as the official song of the 2022 NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics.
