Ken Carson’s new ‘A Great Chaos’ album is repeat worthy

Whether you’re stuck on the project’s ‘Green Room’ opening track or are treating the 46-minute album like a real marathon - RIP Nipsey Hustle - Carson’s signature sound is audio fire from start to finish.

Atlanta artist, Ken Carson releases his highly anticipated album, A Great Chaos. Ken Carson has been teasing fans with tantalizing glimpses of this project for quite some time, leaving fans hungry for more. Now, they can finally immerse themselves in his latest creative journey. The 18-track release captures the whirlwind that his existence has become and the joy he takes in navigating that whirlwind with preternatural ease. Listen to the album HERE via OPIUM/Interscope Records.

A Great Chaos includes collaborations with Lil Uzi Vert and fellow Opium artist and frequent collaborator Destroy Lonely. Together the trio teams up on the pulsating “Like This” – a soon to be anthem filled with distorted riffs and bold lyrics. Ken and Lonely also pair up on “Singapore, and “Paranoid.” The lead single “Jennifer’s Body,” is a glitchy work of art that encapsulates the eerie, enigmatic allure of the cult classic movie. Weaving a web of unconventional genres and ethereal soundscapes, the track will instantly capture listeners “Jennifer's Body, my bitch is a hottie, my bitch is a boy eater.”

Last year the electrifying artist released his label debut album, X, which was equal parts enigmatic and prolific as he carved out his own space in the industry. On the project he showcased more versatility than ever before while honing the signature sound that propelled him to prominence. The project received notice from Complex, Pitchfork, HipHopDX, and other taste making outlets, and debuted on the Billboard 200. Listen HERE.
