Never slowing down, this year Mike WiLL has humbly dominated the charts dropping powerful new single “high3r,” via Giant Music, with the video taking listeners on an audiovisual journey as seen through the eyes of Lil Wayne and Lil Yachty and served up "Dirty Nachos" with Chief Keef for their collaborative mixtape. He’s also worked with dynamic female acts like Sexyy Red for record "Outside", featured on her album “In Sexyy We Trust”, and Coi Leray for “Wanna Come Thru” and her “Lemon Cars” EP, entirely produced by Mike WiLL and producers from his Ear Drummers label. Most recently, Mike WiLL Made-It sat down with Rich Kleiman for a new episode of Boardroom Talks titled “He Built a Producing Empire Now What?,” Billboard for an episode of Billboards News and spent an afternoon golfing with Complex as he shared his love of golfing and ambitions to take it to new heights. Earlier this year, he graced the cover of Forbes, "How Mike Will Made-It Is Making It In Business," featuring a discussion on his music label and discography, personal wealth, and investments.
About Mike WiLL Made-It:
A leading force in Atlanta’s commercial rap supremacy for the better part of the 2010s, Mike WiLL Made-It began working with Gucci Mane as a teenager at the age of 17 and rode that momentum to establish and sustain mainstream presence with imposing productions for high-profile artists spanning Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop. Since topping the Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart for the first time with Kanye West, not a year has passed without a hit from the producer. He is behind lean, imposing hits by the likes of Kanye West, Beyoncé, Rae Sremmurd, and Kendrick Lamar. Among his highlights are top ten pop entries with Lil Wayne’s “Love Me”, Miley Cyrus’ “We Can’t Stop”, Beyoncé’s “Formation”, Rae Sremmurd’s “Black Beatles”, and Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE.” The last of which has won a Grammy for Record of the Year. Mike WiLL Made-It’s rise to stardom continued with him releasing an assortment of collaborative headlining projects, including albums such as Ransom 2 and Creed II: The Album.

Mike WiLL Made-It delivers with the ‘high3r’ music video
It’s storytelling and realism going down in the hard-hitting visual. The risks of going way too high despite the joy ride to get there are all on full display here.
Today, 9x GRAMMY-nominated super producer Mike WiLL Made-It takes listeners on an audiovisual journey with the release of the music video for his powerful new single “high3r” via Giant Music, featuring Lil Wayne and Lil Yachty, “high3r” spotlights the hurdles while chasing fame and success with Mike WiLL’s production prowess as the ideal backdrop for the dynamic duo’s expert lyricism and flow.
The music video for “high3r”, the lead single from his forthcoming “R3set” album features solemn close-up shots of all three artists, interspersed with scenes depicting characters experiencing euphoric highs and deep lows. The chorus, with its lyrics "I wanna take you higher," establishes the thematic backbone of the video, contrasting initial joy with the darker consequences of excess. Starting with a sense of optimism, the video gradually reveals the misfortunes of overindulgence, capturing the dual nature of pursuing elevated experiences and the inevitable repercussions that accompany them. Through striking visuals and a compelling narrative, the video underscores the complex interplay between ambition and its consequences. This collaboration represents a significant moment in contemporary hip-hop, seamlessly blending the talents of Mike WiLL Made-It, Lil Wayne, and Lil Yachty into powerful supporting visuals for the somber yet electrifying record.

Chief Keef, Sexyy Red & Mike WiLL Made-It: The 'DAMN SHORTY' music video's finally arrived
It took a minute but Chicago legend Chief Keef has finally hit the go button on delivering the ‘DAMN SHORTY’ music video to the masses with Sexyy Red and Mike WiLL Made-It making their presence felt. It’s all types of must-see action going down from luxury restaurants to gas stations.

Chief Keef, Sexyy Red and Mike WiLL Made-It’s ‘DAMN SHORTY’ has arrived
While Chief sets the tone and Mike delivers a fire beat, it’s clear Red demands all of the spotlight in the hard-hitting visual.
Chief Keef and Mike WiLL Made-It's recent mixtape DIRTY NACHOS is a nostalgia trip in the best way, harkening back to the raw sound and thrilling unpredictability of the DatPiff era. Today, the two trap titans recruit Sexyy Red for the video for "DAMN SHORTY," a brassy and hard-hitting highlight from the tape. Propelled by Mike WiLL's monster movie horns and crisp percussion and drops from the Trap-A-Holics themselves, "DAMN SHORTY" showcases the crackling chemistry between Sosa and Sexyy, who apply their signature styles to the swelling trap symphony. In the video, directed by NSTY, Sosa, Sexyy, and Mike WiLL sit down for a formal dinner, before they head to the gas station to do what they do best: get turnt.
The first collaborative mixtape between Chief Keef and Mike WiLL Made-It, DIRTY NACHOS is a diverse platter of hard-hitting street slappers, with each distinct element enhancing the other like jalapeños, chili, and cheese on a dish of fully-loaded nachos. The two legends make a perfect pair, the rapper switching up his flows to seamlessly fit the producer's symphonic soundscapes. The scraping pizzicato strings of "RIDICULOUSNESS" inspire Sosa to sink his teeth into the instrumental and not let go, whipping quick cadences between the booming 808s. The album is home to acclaimed single "DIRTY NACHOS," plus previously-released fan favorites “LOVE DON’T LIVE HERE,” "HARLEY QUINN," "STATUS," and "BANG BANG." Featuring an additional appearance from 2 Chainz on "PULL UP GHOST CLAN," DIRTY NACHOS is available everywhere via 43B / Ear Drummer Records / RBC Records.
Dirty Nachos is the opening salvo in what is shaping up to be a busy year for Chief Keef. The 28-year-old rapper is currently hard at work putting the finishing touches on Almighty So 2. The sequel to one of Sosa's most mind-bending projects (2013's Almighty So, home to hits like "Blew My High"), Almighty So 2 follows in the wake of 2022 singles like "Racks Stuffed Inna Couch," "Chief So," and "Tony Montana Flow." The hotly-anticipated Almighty So 2 drops later this year via 43B, Chief Keef's record label, formed in a joint venture with BMG. Recently, Sosa collaborated with Sexyy Red on two singles from her Hood Hottest Princess (Deluxe)–"Ghetto Princess," and "Bow Bow Bow (F My Baby Mama)," and teamed up with Lil Yachty for "Say Ya Grace," a highlight from All Is Yellow, the first album by Lyrical Lemonade. The song's Cole Bennett-directed video reached the top 5 of YouTube's Trending chart, and racked up over 3 million views in its first week of release (8.2 million total).
Mike WiLL Made-It has been on a momentous streak with recent successes, including notable releases such as "Wanna Come Thru" ft. Coi Leray, the remix of U2’s “Atomic City”, Gucci Mane's single, “Cold,” featuring B.G., and collaborations like “Blood Moon” with Lil Uzi Vert and “There I Go” with J. Cole and Gucci Mane. In a pioneering move, Mike WiLL Made-It was announced as the first-ever lead producer for the 2023-2024 NBA season on ESPN, with his track “Now or Neva” featuring MoneyBagg Yo, showcased in ESPN’s NBA In-Season Tournament official commercial. This came as a follow up to the initial single, "Different Breed," featuring the incomparable Swae Lee and Latto. At this year’s Grammy Awards Mike WiLL received an Album of The Year nomination for his work on Endless Summer Vacation, alongside longtime collaborator Miley Cyrus, holding a producer credit on “Thousand Miles” (Ft. Brandi Carlile), “Violet Chemistry,” and “Muddy Feet” (Ft. Sia)”. Showing no signs of slowing down, 2024 promises to be an impactful and buzzy year for Mike WiLL with more new music on the horizon.
Chief Keef & Mike WiLL Made-It: The 'Dirty Nachos' song is so fire it's only right the video is too
Does anyone else feel all the flexing Chief Keef is doing these days? He’s showing out in a big way and what better producer to link with than hitmaker Mike WiLL Made-It for their ‘Dirty Nachos’ collaboration?

Chief Keef and Mike WiLL Made-It are going all in with ‘Dirty Nachos’
The song is audio flames from the start and continues to attention being placed on both Keef and Mike lately. But then the duo take things up a few notches with a hard-hitting music video, too.
Floating above the Ear Drummers CEO's chaotic confection of screeching synths and subsonic 808s, Sosa works a clipped cadence, establishing himself as the king of the jungle and casually dismissing his opposition with sly turns of phrase: "Light ya up, L.E.D. strip, n****/Act like you got it locked, you get zipped, n****." In the video, Sosa and Mike WiLL Made It kick it with a crew that includes longtime associates like Tadoe and Keef's 43B signee Lil Gnar. Decked in Gallery Dept., Sosa whips an Escalade from the Ear Drummers studio to a private jet, throwing down the gauntlet for anyone who can not, or dare not, roll like he does.
I admit, 2023 there was a slight drought in Chief Keef music – but that is changing this year!
Sosa kicked off 2024 teaming up with Lil Yachty for "Say Ya Grace," the lead single from Lyrical Lemonade's All Is Yellow album. The song's Cole Bennett-directed video has already gone viral: the song reached the top 5 of YouTube's Trending chart, and racked up over 3 million views in its first week of release. Now, he's got "Dirty Nachos" and lots more to come!

Coi Leray sets the cuffing season tone with ‘Wanna Come Thru’
The title speaks for itself but if you’re en route to see bae, there’s no doubting this is a repeat mode-friendly anthem to keep going and going and going.
Grammy-nominated artist, Coi Leray, opens 2024 entering a new era, a new label, and a new collaboration with Grammy-winning and multi-platinum producer Mike WiLL Made-It. The track, which is her first on Island Records, comes just ahead of the 2024 Grammy’s which Coi Leray received two nominations in “Best Rap Performance” for her massive hit “Players” and “Best Pop Dance Recording” for “Baby Don't Hurt Me” with David Guetta and Anne Marie. She’s recently been announced to perform Coachella 2024 and nabbed a nomination for iHeartRadio’s 2024 “Dance Song Of The Year” with “Baby Don’t Hurt Me.” Listen here.
On the new track, Coi stated: “This song is about me on my grown and sexy. Grown and sexy means being so in love with yourself — that it is one of the most sexiest, maturest, grownest things that a woman can do. As you get older and you tap into your womanhood and your femininity and I feel like you should embrace that. It’s feeling good for yourself; looking in the mirror and just loving yourself. 2024 is going to be my grown and sexy era. I’m taking over this year. I’ve got so much new music and a whole new side of me to get to know.”
Mike WiLL Made-It added, “It’s a culture shifting record. The song is just fresh and forward pushing. What I love about it is it sounds simple and easy to digest and instantly puts you in a mood. It’s the best feeling ever to be able to create a song that makes the listener feel good. This is hit number one fasho, we have plenty more on the way. The Ear Drummer/Trendsetter Way.”
This new era follows a successful 2023 for Coi with the release of her album, COI, which debuted on the Billboard 200, and the chart-topping success of her RIAA-certified platinum hit “Players” (now Grammy-nominated). On Mike WiLL’s side, he continues to make waves and before the close of 2023 ventured into unexpected new territory by remixing U2's recent rock release, "Atomic City." At the intersection of music and sports, he has locked in the role of the first-ever Lead Producer for ESPN's Custom NBA Music Strategy for the 2023-24 NBA season. In alignment with this project, his latest NBA on ESPN release was"Now or Neva," a collaborative effort with rapper Moneybagg Yo and rising artist YTB FATT. This marks the second installment in his ongoing partnership with ESPN, following the success of the initial drop, "Different Breed," featuring Swae Lee and Latto. Continuing an incredible streak of releases, last year he collaborated with several major stars such as Gucci Mane on his single, “Cold,” featuring B.G, “Blood Moon” with Lil Uzi Vert, and “There I Go” with J. Cole and Gucci Mane.

With his new ‘Blood Moon’ Lil Uzi Vert song now out, Mike didn’t hold back talking to Francis about the music grind.
Mike WiLL Made-It Tells Apple Music About The Origin of “Blood Moon” with Lil Uzi Vert...
If it's me and Uzi, it's some out of here shit. It's some outer space-ass shit. It's a new Uzi flow. You know what I'm saying? I don't really do too many samples in my tracks. I sample because it's fun. You what I'm saying? But I don't do too many samples. But even that track, I was f***ing with some samples one day at my studio and boom, it was like, you know what I'm saying? Cooked up that track. I was kicking up my boy Milo. I was kicking up with J. Cole. We were cooking up some s**t and boom. I was just going through these samples that I got from my man Isaac. You know what I'm saying? It was Rebellion. Let me get the right name, man. I don't want to be misquoting nobody, man. That's all I was trying to do is bring that Hip-Hop element. When I was making that track, I was trying to bring it. It's Nat Turner Rebellion, Care.
One thing I like about fucking with Uzi in the studio is he one them artists that challenges. He one them artists that like, "Man, bro, try me, bro." You know what I'm saying? That's why I like working with Thug, you know what I'm saying, too. They're like artists that's like, "Man, try me. Give me the most different shit that you got. I'm trying to go after that one. Give one of them out of here joints." You know what I'm saying? I pulled up this beat, I was trying to see if he was going to be like, "It's too slow," or something. As soon as he heard it, he was like, "Yo, pull this up, pull this up." He went in the booth and knocked this s**t out in two takes, three takes. I'm like, "Man, this s**t sound good." We went to the next one and then everybody who was hearing it was like, "Yo, damn. This s**t sound crazy." They were f***ing with it.I don't like to fight an organic vibe. We might've thought that, "Oh, we got to go back in on it," or do something, something, something. But it's like, man, everybody love that song from the time we made it. I was like, "Man, s**t, man. This shit hard as a mother***er.”
Mike WiLL Made-It Tells Apple Music About Working with J. Cole on “Blood Moon”...
With me and Cole, it was just natural. Me and bro was just in the room working on something else. I didn't go in the studio like, "Yo, I'm about to go ahead and make a beat for a Lil Uzi." Literally, I made, that day I was in there with Cole, I made 10 beats that day. Know what I'm saying? One of the other beats that I made that day is actually coming out next Friday. You know what I'm saying? I ain't even going to tell you who on that one, but you all will see.It was good to have Cole in the room as that person in the room, in the position that I usually sit in with my team, you know what I'm saying? But now I'm on the board and I got somebody, you know what I'm saying, just as talented on the production or structured tip. You know what I'm saying? It's Cole. It's like, man, boom, we right there in the room where we rocking. It was hard. It's always hard to have good vibes in the room that's creative, and Cole is one of them. Me and bro always challenging each other and pushing each other on the sound shit behind the scenes and s**t. You know what I'm saying?
Mike WiLL Made-It Tells Apple Music About Naming The Track “Blood Moon”...
Once we started doing music, every time me and Uzi do music, we'll be randomly staying in the same hotel, maybe in New York or LA or somewhere. We'll just run into each other and then be like, "Oh yeah, studio tonight." Then we go to the studio, knock out a couple joints. Our linkup is as rare as a blood moon, you know what I'm saying? But it's a big deal. You know what I'm saying? I feel like everybody going to run and try to look and see when it's a blood moon or it's an eclipse or whatever, people running outside trying to record that zoom in, trying to see how it looked. You know what I'm saying? I just was thinking about that like, "Man, our link-ups and our sightings is as rare as a blood moon type shit." You know what I'm saying? Then I was like, "Man, yo, I'm going to name the track that s**t, man. Blood Moon." You know what I'm saying? It's like some blood moon s**t.
Mike WiLL Made-It Tells Apple Music About His History with Lil Uzi Vert...
Man, it's crazy because with Uzi, right? I've been on Uzi since he first came to Atlanta and was working down here, working on his first album, working on his first project. Then Shroom always f**k with Uzi, even before he was in the game. Shroom was f***ing with him when he was just a young dude just grinding. You know what I'm saying? Before anybody knew him. I would see him around and I was seeing his whole come out, it just happened quick as f**k. You know what I'm saying? He was grinding. He was just hard and unique. I was like, man, we was always cool, but we never really forced the music or doing a song or no s**t like that.
Mike WiLL Made-It Tells Apple Music About His Approach To Working with Artists…
Every time I go in the studio with a artist, I'm always trying to figure out what's the best way I can take this artist out of their box or out of their element or out of their comfort zone or out of what they're doing right now, but still kind of fit in the same world, but just, you know what I'm saying?
Mike WiLL Made-It Tells Apple Music About His Approach to Sampling…
…when I try to sample, I started off making beats on analog s**t. You know what I'm saying? Hardware s**t. You know what I'm saying? I always try to, not try, but it's naturally, I just have that Hip-Hop '90s element to me. You know what I'm saying? That's what I grew up around. But it's going to have my own twist. It's going to have today's sound. You know what I'm saying? You feel me? I already know that's where Hip-Hop started off was the samples and everything like that.
Mike WiLL Made-It Tells Apple Music About Releasing His Own Material...
A lot of people have been coming to my studio and they've been hearing a lot of unreleased music and like, "Bro, you need to start dropping. You ain't dropped the Ransom in six years." You know what I'm saying? This and that. "You got songs out, but man, we need them back. You need to drop all these joints that you just played in that studio." You know what I'm saying? I'm like, "All right, man, let me get back to dropping this music." You feel me?
