‘We originally released this hat in 2020 in collaboration with Reves Paris. I wore this hat daily for a year straight back then. The font and feel of the hat was inspired by the 7 acts of mercy painting by Caravaggio. Im still in love with the embroidery on these. I found 50 of them in storage. Was going to keep them for the archive. But they’re yours now. Mercy trucker hats available now. Link in bio! 🖤’

Who says love is only reserved for summer and Valentine’s Day? Turns out R&B singer Ryan Destiny is keeping those feels going through every season especially with her ‘How Your Hands Feel’ music video.

Ryan Destiny delivers with her ‘How Your Hands Feel’ music video

Following the single’s global release a few weeks ago, Destiny allows the slow build-up to form a full-fledged music video sucking you in from start to finish. Embrace the night life and sultry vibes Destiny continues to deliver.

Detroit-born singer and actress Ryan Destiny shares official music video for “How Your Hands Feel” via November Yellow. Watch HERE. Listen HERE. Produced by Trackside.

In Ryan’s own words: “This is a world I’ve seen since I recorded the song. A different step into my womanhood and sensuality. Something that feels true to me with a splash of a side I haven’t shown before.”

Ryan Destiny's 'How Your Hands Feel' melds soulful R&B with modern pop. It's an emotional journey through the nuances of connection and touch. Her raw, powerful vocals blend with infectious beats, showcasing her artistic evolution. The song resonates with deep, universal emotions, making it more than just a track – it's a heartfelt experience. As Ryan's star rises, this song marks a significant milestone in her burgeoning career.

On the track she explains, “I wanted to step into my sensual side. The song is sexy but vulnerable as well. Missing someone and having to let them know the way they made you feel is not always easy but this song feels like the confident and forward version of that mood. A good double back anthem.”

This follows the release of her previous singles “Doctor, My Eyes (cover),” “Lie Like That” and “How Many,” more to follow from Ryan this upcoming spring.

Mariah The Scientist: Of course the 'To Be Eaten Alive' world tour is happening

Ready to see your favorite R&B crooner take over in-person? Say less. Music star Mariah The Scientist is gearing up to tour the globe with a full-fledged To Be Eaten Alive tour slated to go down this winter.

Ready to see your favorite R&B crooner take over in-person? Say less. Music star Mariah The Scientist is gearing up to tour the globe with a full-fledged To Be Eaten Alive tour slated to go down this winter.

Mariah The Scientist’s ‘To Be Eaten Alive’ tour is going down in ‘24

While you’ll have to stay put until February to see this action go down, tickets become available later this week for all you loyal day ones.

Emerging as one of the culture’s hottest rising stars, Mariah The Scientist will embark on an extensive Worldwide tour in 2024. She will visit over 40 cities in support of her unanimously acclaimed new album, To Be Eaten Alive, out now via Epic Records. Listen HERE

Tickets go on-sale December 1 at 10am local time HERE.

This headline run kicks off on February 1 in Honolulu, HI at The Republik and visits major markets such as London, Paris, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, Washington D.C., and Brooklyn, before concluding nearly three months later on May 3 at Tabernacle in Atlanta, GA. It promises to be her biggest tour to date as she brings To Be Eaten Alive to life on stage.

Beyond piling up millions of streams, the album earned widespread critical acclaim. Right out of the gate, HYPEBEAST raved, “Mariah’s experimentation with R&B, songwriting and composition has never failed to impress,” and VIBE proclaimed, “Her Scorpio nature dominates the project as she merges strength with emotional vulnerability.” Complex applauded how the album “delves into a spectrum of emotions and experiences, emphasizing Mariah the Scientist’s artistic versatility.”

Ahead of the release of her new album, Mariah broke down the metaphoric nature of its title. “As for the venomous scorpion,” she says, paying homage to her astrological sign, “To Be Eaten Alive is to kill.” Over the course of 10 tracks and a succinct runtime of 30 minutes, Mariah delivers on that principle, exuding strength derived from emotional vulnerability with every pulsating croon and note, weaving personal tales over mellifluous instrumentals inspired by a plethora of genres, including R&B, Blues, Hip Hop & New Wave.

To Be Eaten Alive’s lead single, “From A Woman,” is indicative of this effort. Operating at a pace that doubles that of her previous singles based on first-week returns, “From A Woman” has firmly entrenched Mariah as a force within the 2020s alt-R&B movement, and provides a glimpse of the starpower she possesses. Uproxx notes Mariah’s ability to err on the intimate side, writing that the single is “a romantic jam in every sense of the word,” and Mariah instantly became a hot topic across streaming services, as the album itself hit #1 on the Apple R&B chart before it even released, while her lead single success allowed for Mariah to grace the covers of renowned playlists at Spotify (R&B Weekly), Apple Music (R&B Now, #OnRepeat) and Amazon Music (My Soundtrack, Fresh R&B, Endless Vibes).

Elsewhere on the album, Mariah doubles down on her strength but also reminds her audience of her range. The tempo quickens when she locks in with Kaytranada for “Out of Luck,” and an acoustic-only outro with Young Thug, “Ride,” enhances the notion that while R&B is part of what drives Mariah The Scientist, it hardly defines her. “I told somebody I wanted to make a new genre,” she tells Complex. “And I wanted to call it A&B, as in Alternative and Blues.”

Prior to its release, the anticipation for the ‘Alt-Blues’ star was prevalent. The reveal of her scorpion-themed artwork was ‘liked’ nearly a quarter-million times on Instagram. To Be Eaten Alive peaked as high as no. 2 on Apple Music’s Global Weekly Pre-Adds chart, despite Mariah leading with just one single—a sign that her audience has bought into her vision holistically.

Mariah The Scientist signed a new deal with Epic Records in 2023 after four years of development on the major label and independent circuit. Her first two studio albums, Master & Ry Ry World, established her as an impactful newcomer with her uniquely thoughtful and emotional ballads and penchant for nostalgic soundscapes. “Mariah is a dynamic creative force with a clear vision for her music and the experience surrounding it,” says Ezekiel Lewis, Epic Records President.

Ryan Trey: The long-waited 'Streets Say You Miss Me' studio album debut

Low-key and high-key? I have rocked with Ryan Trey for years and after fire collaborations and of course getting major co-signs from all over the place, the wait’s over for a much-needed Streets Say You Miss Me studio album debut.

Ryan Trey’s ‘Streets Say You Miss Me’ debut has arrived'

Loaded with solid collaborations including Mariah The Scientist and Chase Shakur pulling through, Trey comes through with 13 audio gems.

Singer-songwriter Ryan Trey (#JUSTAREGULARLABEL/Interscope Records) is ready to elevate his career with his debut album STREETS SAY YOU MISS ME. For his dazzling effort, Ryan adds another chapter of R&B excellence to his burgeoning career after captivating fans with his previous releases, A 64 East Saga and August. With an array of melodic earworms on display, courtesy of "FUCK TRYIN" and "NOBODY," Ryan's debut offering is a scinitaling journey of love and heartbreak. Joining him on the ride are No Cap, Vory, Mariah The Scientist and Chase Shakur.

Last month, Ryan returned with his summer banger "30 FLOORS UP." Directed by Talha Pervaiz, "30 FLOORS UP" finds Ryan singing about his sexual mastery and wanting to elevate things to higher heights with his partner. Whether he's parked on the roof of a building with his lover or taking in some island sun, he lets his desires be known. "I just wanna f--k her in the balcony / 30 floors up with her heart still beating rapidly," he sings on the guitar-tinged hook.

"30 FLOORS UP" and "AIN'T EVEN FRIENDS" serve as Ryan's return to the music scene after taking a slight hiatus following his fourth project, A 64 East Saga, released in 2021. Since then, Trey linked up with Detroit spitter Babyface Ray on the standalone track "Only Us" in 2022 and went toe-to-toe with labelmate Jordan Ward on "WHITE CROCS" a year later.

There’s no doubt - when it comes to fire music and delivering eye-opening visuals, singer Mariah The Scientist comes through clutch. So it’s no surprise the countdown to her To Be Eaten Alive studio album hype just intensified with the reveal of her cover art.

‘Thank you @stephanydavidd for helping capture this idea… … Thank you @6uckles@boogsneffect @certified_pat 4 putting up wit this shit!’ -Mariah The Scientist

Need more details about the album? Want to geek out about Mariah?

Atlanta singer-songwriter Mariah The Scientist reveals the official artwork to her highly anticipated new album ‘To Be Eaten Alive’ today. This unveiling comes off the heels of the release of her new single and music video, “From A Woman,” and the pre-order of the album to be released on October 27.

R&B singer-songwriter Mariah The Scientist hails from Atlanta, GA, and is releasing her first studio album on Epic Records, To Be Eaten Alive, in October. Her core following, cultivated through viscous emotional expression on her first three projects—Master, Ry Ry World, and The Intermission—continues to grow and helps position her as one of R&B’s brightest young stars. Mariah’s musical curiosity was born in childhood, exposed to a variety of musical acts by her father. “Coldplay comes [to Atlanta], someone that he was definitely playing for me as a child, and then I open for them,” she recalls. From there, Mariah’s journey took her to NYC via St. John’s University, where she studied biology. Though she halted her scholastic pursuit to chase her dreams as an entertainer, the “Scientist” moniker stuck with her. That said, it’s Mariah’s art that makes her unique.

The vulnerable, raw expression that composes much of Mariah The Scientist’s catalog distinguishes her from much of today’s mainstream landscape, something she’s keen on continuing even as her profile grows. From performances at Coachella and Pitchfork Music Festival to collaborations beside Lil Baby, Youngboy Never Broke Again, Chris Brown, A Boogie and Young Thug, there’s no debating that Mariah is worthy of the spotlight. Still, she refuses to take the opportunity to genuinely connect with her audience for granted. “I don't think that creating art should be super forced. When you try to force art, you don't like it. At least the creator winds up not liking it.. And a lot of times, people don't realize that.”

Need a quick audio fix? Lean on the stunning and always on point Tiana Kocher and her freshly released up to you EP.

Tiana Kocher’s new ‘up to you’ EP is ready for your streaming goals

Whether you like turn up Tiana or the way Kocher slows it down - she has you covered on the new project. Five songs and just under twenty minutes, it’s the go-to for a quickie to get you in the right state of mind especially if l-o-v-e is on your head top.

Writing and recording a hit song is a goal that most musicians share in common. Staying grounded, true to oneself and remaining authentic while they do it, that’s another story. Tiana Kocher is in an elite category of artists who can check all of these boxes and you don’t have to look any further than her new EP, up to you, featuring her brand new hit single, “love u more.”

“This new EP has a very special place in my heart, specifically the song “love u more,” says Tiana. “I first recorded it when I was 17 years old, before even moving to LA. One of the reasons that song made it into the EP is because it’s my mom’s favorite song of mine. I thought now would be the perfect time to release it.”

Currently based in Los Angeles, the talented young artist is quietly making a name for herself through captivating live performances and a growing catalog of great music. But perhaps her most engaging quality is her authenticity, which is evident through her songs, which give the listener a glimpse into the singer’s heart and soul.

Born in Manila, living in LA and studying in London, Tiana’s exposure to art, culture, and education have equipped her with a unique and capable mindset  In addition to her music ambitions, she has created a women’s writing camp in an effort to raise the visibility, and open up more opportunities, for women in the music industry.

Adds Tiana, “this collection of songs is a fun one! I sure had a blast making these and I hope that this EP leaves you feeling inspired.”

Ambré: Summer love's on deck so it's only right to find out 'who's loving you?' right?

Sometimes you just have to catch a vibe to a fire audio project, right? Look no further than what Ambré is contributing to the culture coming courtesy of the new who’s loving you? EP.

Sometimes you just have to catch a vibe to a fire audio project, right? Look no further than what Ambré is contributing to the culture coming courtesy of the new who’s loving you? EP.

The new Ambré ‘who’s loving you?’ EP is must-hear

Need a fire project streaming right now-now? Say less. The five-song album clocks in at a quick 16 minutes but it doesn’t take into account the thirty times you’re going to repeat it.

GRAMMY award-winning self-taught musician, producer, and writer Ambré has released her new project, who’s loving you?, out today via Roc Nation. The new project is an extension of Ambré’s 3000° EP, released exactly one year earlier on June 17, 2022. The overwhelming positive response to the original project encouraged Ambré to create 5 new songs for who’s loving you?. The new project features production from Jay Versace on “BAD HABITS” and a feature fromMack Keane on “ELEVATE.”

“who’s loving you? Is a question I’m asking myself and asking the audience,” said Ambré on the forthcoming project. “What does it feel like? What does it sound like to be loved? This project felt very free and open in the creative process. I made this with the intention of having fun and being open. I wanted to create something that felt like “b-sides” or “deep cuts”, almost like a mixtape. Still very intentional but it was very easy to make. The project begins where 3000° ends.”

Already in love with Ambré? Gotta keep tabs on what’s on deck for her following this release? Say less.

The new project comes during an exciting time for Ambré. Just last week, Ambré was nominated for a 2023 BET Award for “Best New Artist” and at the start of the month, BET Amplified announced Ambré as their Artist Of The Month. Last week Ambré shared a photo from the iconic desk, teasing her forthcoming NPR Tiny Desk performance, and earlier this week, tmrw magazine released their June issue with Ambré on the cover.

Dedicated to New Orleans, the city where Ambré was born and raised, 3000° includes features from BEAM, Jay Electronica, Jvck James, and Destin Conrad. Project highlight, “I’m Baby” ft. Jvck James, just hit #1 on the R&B Radio Chart and has garnered over 1.5 million views on the music video, watch here. The project is an ode to New Orleans classics – Juvenile’s ‘400 Degreez’ and Lil Wayne’s ‘500 Degreez’ – and has received 41 million streams to date.

Earlier this year, Ambré wrapped the second leg of The Wild Magnolia Tour, which kicked off in Philadelphia, PA on April 16 and hit cities including Boston, MA, Toronto, ON, and Chicago, IL before wrapping with a sold out show in Los Angeles, CA on April 30. She completed the first leg of her headlining tour last November, which included sold out shows in Houston, New Orleans, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Read her interviews with Rolling Stone and Billboard around the initial run of the tour.

Fridayy: Chris Brown links with the R&B hitmaker for their 'Don't Give It Away' song

It’s only right rap crooner Fridayy would drop a certified anthem in the form of his new ‘Don’t Give It Away’ featuring Chris Brown on - you guessed it - a Friday, ay? The song hits hard and immediately begs the question for how long before we’re blessed with a must-see music video?

It’s only right rap crooner Fridayy would drop a certified anthem in the form of his new ‘Don’t Give It Away’ featuring Chris Brown on - you guessed it - a Friday, ay? The song hits hard and immediately begs the question for how long before we’re blessed with a must-see music video?

Fridayy and Chris Brown deliver ‘Don’t Give It Away’ to the masses

While we’ll have to settle for a lyric video before a vital cinematic release, the duo come through on dropping their hard-hitting R&B collaboration and keep expectations high for what the future holds.

Building on a whirlwind year of unprecedented momentum that saw Grammy-nominated collaborations and SNL performances with likes of DJ Khaled and Lil Baby respectively, quickly rising star Fridayy has grabbed the title of ‘Melody God’ and established himself as the go-to hitmaker in the hip-hop/R&B space. Now, Fridayy reveals a brand new single entitled “Don’t Give It Away” featuring Chris Brown via Def Jam Recordings today.

On “Don’t Give It Away” - the first salvo from Fridayy’s forthcoming debut LP - a slick guitar loop snakes around a glitchy beat. Fridayy leans into the groove as he reminds, “Shorty, you know you can have it your way.” His simmering delivery bubbles into a fiery falsetto only for Breezy to roll through with an equally hypnotic cameo. Together, they deliver what promises to be the summer’s most undeniable up-tempo R&B anthem.

Need to know what else Fridayy has been up to? Still getting put onto the next big thing in R&B? Say less.

It arrives on the heels of “Know The Truth.” In addition to cracking 1 million streams, the music video has reeled in nearly 500K YouTube views. REVOLT praised it as “an ode to low inhibitions and sexually charged intentions,” and Attack The Culture raved, “His new ‘Know The Truth’ music video locks you in from the moment it starts up.”

Now, everything just sets the stage for a whole lot more to come from Fridayy.

Last year, Fridayy’s debut EP, Lost In Melody amassed millions of streams as well as praise from Billboard, XXL, Wonderland, Essence, BET, Revolt and UPROXX. Named by Ebony as one of  “6 Music Artists To Know Before 2023,” Fridayy also continues to prove himself as both a producer/songwriter with artists like Coco Jones, Lil Tjay, Rod Wave and Vedo all releasing songs crafted by the hitmaker in recent months.

Not to mention, he performed with DJ Khaled at the GRAMMYs this year and scored three GRAMMY Award nominations.  He also made his late-night TV debut on SNL with Lil Baby.

Already heralded in artist circles and being showered with accolades before the release of his first album, it's still just the beginning for Fridayy…stay tuned.

Could you use a little more deets about his background? What to know where his love for the music culture stems from? Of course.

Born Francis LeBlanc, Fridayy learned to play several instruments at a young age — including piano, guitar, drums, trumpet, and bass, at the encouragement of his father, a Haitian immigrant, and musician. Nurturing his love for music and instrumentation in a local church choir, where he’d begin to craft his spacious and evocative sound, a blend of alternative R&B and gospel that was also inspired by his favorite acts PartyNextDoor and The Weeknd. Between 2012 and 2013, Fridayy released a steady stream of music on SoundCloud, and while he worked on his art quietly, Fridayy actively pursued a career in basketball, but an injury derailed his NBA dream. He returned to his first love and set himself back on a path towards music full-time.

After years of building a solid reputation with high-profile industry executives and musicians, the Philadelphia artist and multi-instrumentalist breakthrough arrived in 2022 as a feature on DJ Khaled’s “GOD DID,” featuring Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z. He has also recently written, produced, and collabed with countless artists, including Lil Baby, Chris Brown, Lil Tjay, and Rod Wave, to name a few.
