Need new tunes on a Friday? Say less. Rap artist Yung Bans comes through clutch and delivers with a new ‘Luv 4 Granted’ as anticipation builds for an upcoming Vol 6 slated to arrive in the coming weeks.

Yung Bans’ ‘Luv 4 Granted’ is officially an audio gem

While December can’t come soon enough for a full-fledged album, Bans keeps your needs satisfied with the new ‘Luv 4 Granted’ audio gem.

After years of building a reputation as one of the most adventurous and melodic Atlanta rappers, Yung Bans is ready to return to the spotlight. Bans fuses his mutated melodies and hard-earned perspective into a futuristic aesthetic for his latest single “Luv 4 Granted,” out now. This is the follow-up single to Bans’ intoxicating “The Streets” (and brand new video) which will both appear on his forthcoming album Vol 6 due this December.

After being absent from the music scene for about 2.5 years to raise his three children, Yung Bans returns more determined than ever to make a mark. On “Luv 4 Granted” Yung Bans embraces his inner lover boy, meshing his melodies with a persistent guitar riff, turning to substances as he pines  love that went underappreciated: “and I don’t wanna feel, so I take these drugs.”

Still only 25 years old, Yung Bans made a stir when he announced his return last month. Bans performed his first concert in years when he appeared at Lyrical Lemonade’s 10 Year Anniversary show in Chicago, a testament to the strong relationship he still has with Cole Bennett, bringing out Jasiah to perform their collaboration “Shenanigans.” Shortly afterward, Bans teased “Who Wants Smoke,” his first new single since 2021, generating social media buzz and encouraging comments on IG from Cole Bennett, trap music peers like Doe Boy, Ralo, and Reese LaFlare, plus younger artists influenced by his work, like DC The Don and Bear1Boss.

With the upcoming Vol. 6, Bans welcomes old friends like YNW Melly and producers like Nick Mira, Maaly Raw, Bugz Ronin, and more, to usher him back into the spotlight. Stay tuned for much more information about Bans and Vol. 6 in the coming weeks.
