Big Moochie Grape: The 'Workin' music video will have you in overtime goals

Forget just regular working, it’s all about going into overtime for Big Moochie Grape. The hip-hop heavyweight keeps the grind going non-stop and his ‘Workin’ music video proves it.

The single goes hard but this ‘23 anthem gets the official visual treatment. Tap in.

Making a name for himself in the busy Memphis rap game, Big Moochie Grape is no stranger to the grind. Today, he shares the music video for “Workin,” a highlight from East Haiti Baby: Incarcerated. Produced by PRE’s own Bandplay, the track details Moochie’s relentless work ethic and refusal to back down. Over simple yet menacing keys and hard-hitting drums, the Memphis rapper certifies his big-dog status: “Ain't no n***a in the rap game fucking with Big Moochie, you'll never catch me doing a Verzuz, b*tch.” In the video, Moochie provides a highlight reel of his hustler mentality, flashing between clips of Moochie in the studio recording, trapping in the street with his crew, and dining at a 5-star restaurant.

“Workin” continues Moochie’s streak of high quality music videos, including his first day out anthem “Wake Em Up.” “Workin” originally appeared on Moochie's November 2023 project, East Haiti Baby: Incarcerated, the follow-up to 2022’s East Haiti Baby. The high-octane mixtape welcomes guest verses exclusively from other incarcerated rappers, including YFN Lucci, who who turns in a sing-song counterpoint to Moochie's machine gun patter on "I Made It," Rio Da Yung OG on "Bars," a Memphis-meets-Michigan-style banger, and his PRE cohort Big Unccc, who tears it up on "L.A. Lakers." Notably, the project welcomes an interlude from C-Murder, a close friend of Moochie's late mentor Young Dolph, the No Limit soldier who has been locked up for decades and has much wisdom to share. Honoring the project's themes, Big Moochie Grape and Paper Route Empire partnered with the Bail Project , a non-profit that advocates for bail reform and provides free bail assistance to those in need, in December 2023, matching donations up to $20k. Featuring an additional guest appearance from Bankroll Freddie, East Haiti Baby: Incarcerated is available all on platforms via Paper Route Empire.
