Today, Steve Stoute’s UnitedMasters announced Mining Diamonds, a new podcast hosted by musician, entrepreneur, and cryptocurrency ambassador Jim Jones and co-hosted by serial entrepreneurs, Nakia Booth and Beef Jones. The podcast, set to launch on February 1st, will provide information related to entrepreneurship and business as well as offer a sense of community for both aspiring and established entrepreneurs. Mining Diamonds, the newest series to launch off of the UnitedMasters podcast network, was created to highlight success-building strategies and insights from the next generation of entrepreneurs with easy to digest content meant to feel like personal conversations.

Over roundtable discussions, the hosts engage entrepreneurs in a range of topics that address fundraising strategies, pivoting and/or scaling your business, wealth generation, and exciting technology like cryptocurrency and Web3. Notable guests include actor and real estate developer Malik Yoba, musician Vin Rock of Naughty by Nature, and professional BMX biker Nigel Sylvester. Other guests include native NYC business-owner Russell “Big Russ” Smith, environmental activist and real estate developer Majora Carter, and award-winning chef and TV personality JJ Johnson.

The podcast’s theme derives from 235 plus years of Black innovators and entrepreneurs being unrepresented and discredited in America, despite many of their contributions continuing to shape modern society. UnitedMasters recognizes this pattern and has made a commitment to support independent creators through ownership with robust distribution and analytics tools to grow and maximize their careers.

The first episode is set to release at the beginning of Black History Month on February 1, 2022 and will feature guest JJ Johnson, the James Beard award winning chef, author, and owner of FIELD TRIP, a chain of fast-casual rice bowl restaurants. New audio and video episodes will be released bi-weekly and can be streamed via all major platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music.
