2 Chainz and Lil Wayne’s ‘Welcome 2 ColleGrove’ has arrived
It took a few years but the duo have finally come through on the follow-up to 2016’s ColleGrove LP. The project comes jam-packed with tunes including collaborations with Rick Ross, Benny the Butcher, Usher and 21 Savage.
Multi-platinum, Grammy Award®-winning rappers 2 Chainz and his long-time friend and collaborator Lil Wayne climax a dramatic months-long run-up campaign with the arrival of their new album, WELCOME 2 COLLEGROVE, available at all platforms today via Def Jam Recordings. WELCOME 2 COLLEGROVE is the long-awaited sequel to ColleGrove, their first groundbreaking collaborative album (2016). ColleGrove is a portmanteau of Chainz’ hometown, College Park, Georgia; and Wayne’s hometown, Hollygrove, Louisiana.
