Let’s face it - it’s all a numbers game. Streaming giant Spotify is leading the music platforms and comes through with a ton of new data for some of the artists set to take over Coachella for the next couple of weekends.

From Doja Cat to Lil Baby, Spotify has some key deets on songs and artists streams plus details on play listing on the platform. Check them out and gear up for a wild Coachella ‘22.

Below you’ll find all the deets on which songs and artists streams spiked as well as details on playlisting on platform:

• In 2022 alone, Coachella user-generated playlists on Spotify amassed more than 11 million streams.

• Swedish House Mafia: More than 17.5 million monthly listeners and appears on more than 39 million user-created playlists on Spotify.

• Some of the most streamed songs from Coachella user-generated playlists in 2022 include: “Watermelon Sugar” by Harry Styles; “Happier Than Ever” by Billie Eilish; “The Difference” by Flume, Toro y Moi; “Don’t You Worry Child” bySwedish House Mafia (ft. John Martin); “Gimme Love” by Joji; “Loud Places” by Jamie xx, Romy; “Get Into It (Yuh)” byDoja Cat; “For Tonight” by Giveon.

• Following the lineup announcement on January 12, streams of songs by performing artists spiked on Spotify, including:

  • “Trago seu Amor de Volta (feat. Dilsinho)” by Pabllo Vittar increased by more than 350%

  • “ave cesaria” by Stromae increased by more than 320%

  • “Drive” by Carly Rae Jepson increased by 300%

  • “Tous les mêmes” by Stromae increased by nearly 200%

  • “Controller” by Channel Tres increased by more than 150%

  • “Fendi Drip” by Lil Baby, Luciano, Ufo361 increased by more than 150%

  • “Moth to a Flame” by Swedish House Mafia, The Weeknd increased by more than 130%

  • “Silver and Gold” by Pink Sweat$, Sam Fischer, Yung Bae increased by nearly 120%

  • “Ocean Drive” by Duke Dumont, Michael Calfan increased by more than 100%

  • “The Kids Are All Dying” by FINNEAS increased by more than 100%

• Following the lineup announcement, users turned to Spotify to listen to performing artists for the first time. New discovery spikes include (*Discovery = a user playing the track for the first time on Spotify):

  • Giselle Woo & the Night Owls: More than 36,000% increase in new discoveries

  • DJ Lord: More than 2500% increase in new discoveries

  • DJ Holographic: Nearly 500% increase in new discoveries

• Following the lineup announcement, streams of performing artists spiked on Spotify, including:

  • Orville Peck: Nearly 500% increase in streams

  • Stromae: More than 300% increase in streams

  • AMÉMÉ: 280% increase in streams

  • Dear Humans: Nearly 240% increase in streams
