RoundGlass Living is the type of life-changing app you need right now

Let’s face it - we’re all stuck in the app world. Whether you’re all-right swiping - all my guys know - on the dating apps or finding yourself juggling your endless digital music streaming platforms from Apple Music to TIDAL and Spotify, you find yourself on your phone crunching away at the app life more than making actual phone calls. Insert: RoundGlass Living.

RoundGlass Living is more than for the win

Seemingly out of nowhere, RoundGlass Living is the latest premium-ready app set to bring ease and calmness to your lifestyle no matter how many types of fashion and relationship goals you’re juggling. The potential turmoil of dealing with tax season or the constant drama shown on TV - both real-life and what ‘Power Book IV: Force’ serves up weekly, RoundGlass offers up the opportunity to create a realistic plan suitable for your own life with an emphasis on calmness and meditation.

RoundGlass Founder Sunny (Gurpreet) Singh believes that the human experience can be enriched following the roadmap set by the eight pillars of Wholistic Wellbeing: Mental, Physical, Social, Community, Financial, Professional, Planetary, and Spiritual. Each reflects an aspect of life that contributes to an individual’s ability to flourish and achieve harmony.

That roadmap, and the pathways to get there, are now available on the RoundGlass Living app, which is designed for anyone and everyone in search of a healthier, more joyful life. Wellbeing seekers can address focus areas such as Enhancing Happiness & Joy, Reducing Stress & Anxiety, Improving Sleep, Coping with Grief & Loss, and Managing Difficult Emotions. The app helps users create a custom-tailored journey of experiences utilizing pathways such as Meditation and Mindfulness, Yoga, Healthy Eating, and more from some of the best teachers and experts in the world.

Meditation and mental well-being is real

I honestly avoid editorializing too much in this section of Attack The Culture but a real-life coincidence worth sharing is vital. This past Saturday watching the Brooklyn Nets take on the Milwaukee Bucks in a game no one thought they’d pull out a victory in had me literally running around the bedroom in an excited but nervous wreck style. I even whipped out the Windex to do every piece of glass in my room as the game came down to nerve-racking free throws with 23 seconds ending up being 15 minutes of anxiety.

Long story short, the Nets pulled out the victory and during his interview, Nets star Kyrie Irving actually credited going into a meditated state for helping him secure those insane clutch free throws - some shots the Bucks couldn’t secure at the very end, missing their own at home, too. If you watched the game, you know exactly what I’m talking about because Kyrie actually took nearly 10 seconds before each free throw with his eyes closed and definitely going into a mentally calming state of mind.

Literally 72 hours later I come across RoundGlass Living and it all makes sense. Check out Kyrie’s actual post-game interview and his credit to meditation for helping him come through clutch in the most hostile environment.

Getting back to the RoundGlass Living details

My personal experience aside, RoundGlass Living is the app worth giving a shot in. Tight on the budget? Look no further than getting the chance to try out the premium service for the insane price of free-99.

The RoundGlass Living app can be downloaded for free via the Apple App Store and Google Play. A premium version RoundGlass Living+ is available for $59.99.
