Metro Boomin has the NBA Finals vibes going strong

It’s way more than a cameo for Metro. Boomin has officially linked with NBA on ESPN and ABC for the entire 2024 NBA Finals run.

Metro Boomin announces his partnership with the NBA on ESPN / ABC for their 2024 NBA Finals campaign. The commercial spot, featuring music from the GRAMMY® Award-nominated diamond-certified superstar artist-producer, aired today ahead of the highly anticipated Game 1 of the NBA Finals Series between the Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks. The new spot will run across ESPN / ABC linear and cross-channel partners and will be utilized on ESPN social platforms during the series. The commercial features Metro’s viral hit "Runnin Outta Time" with Future from their collaborative album We Don’t Trust You, which debuted at #1 Billboard 200 Charts, bringing a new energy to the finals series as sports fans and viewers alike get hyped to watch the two teams duke it out on the wood.

To celebrate Game 1 of the NBA Finals and the commercial launch, Metro and friends are performing at the GQ x ESPN Watch Party and Concert. This exclusive event will be invite-only, with tip-off beginning at 8:30 pm ET on ABC.
