West Coast rap executive Wack 100 has no problem speaking his mind. The California native hit up his Instagram page and didn’t hold back. Instead, 100 tries to show how the rap culture exploded on New York rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine working with the feds a few years ago but not bringing the same energy with Black musicians.
