Yung Pooda: It's a Cool & Dre flex for their new 'Buss Down' anthem

Rap artist Yung Pooda isn’t slowing down this summer. Instead, the Houston native is going extra hard with help from hip-hop duo Cool & Dre with their hard-hitting ‘Buss Down’ anthem.

Yung Pooda’s new ‘Buss Down’ is all types of summer vibes

Whether you need a new audio anthem for your workout goals or need a repeat-worthy tune for the pool, Pooda comes through in the clutch on the fire audio tune.

Houston artist Yung Pooda released his new song “Buss Down” via It’s a 10 Records.

On the track, produced by Grammy award-winning producers Cool & Dre, Pooda unleashes a rapid-fire flow as he reflects on his humble beginnings over a dreamy, whimsical beat. Pooda compares the days where he rode the bus to present day where rides in a drop-top and purchases expensive jewelry.

“Buss Down” is Yung Pooda’s second musical release of 2023 and comes off the heels of his song “Already Know” featuring A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Angelica Villa which currently sits at over 9 million views on YouTube and has over 2.9 million streams on Spotify. Recently, the song was also featured on Ebro’s Discovered on Apple Music. “Already Know” also charted at No. 25 on Top 25 on Urban and Rhythmic Radio.

Yung Pooda also stopped by On The Radar at the 2023 BET Awards and blessed the mic with a freestyle. The Houston native has been receiving co-signs from industry heavyweights such as Fat Joe who was also featured on Pooda’s other recently release track, “Did It Again”. Now, Yung Pooda gears up for the release of his upcoming debut project Vivid Pictures that will feature production from beatsmiths Cool & Dre.
